Based On Data Analysis To Explore The Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rules Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated By The Ming And Qing Dynasties Doctors And Professor Zhang Minghe

Objective:This article combines the literature research and clinical observation to analyze the data of the medical records of Professor Ming-Qing and Professor Zhang Minghe in the treatment of RA,and summarizes the rules of TCM differentiation and treatment of RA,which is helpful to the inheritance and development of academic thought.Methods:The first step was to search out the medical records related to RA in the Ming and Qing Dynasties by using the Medical Dictionary of China e-books,and to analyze the data of disease names,etiologies,treatment methods and prescriptions in this period,RA cases of medical law rule.The second step to collect and organize Professor Zhang Minghe outpatient RA effective medical records,using SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis of drug law.Summarizes the Ming and Qing medical case and the famous expert Professor Zhang Minghe treatment of RA case characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment,a comprehensive analysis of Zhang on the Ming and Qing ideological heritage and development.Results:There were 103 medical records related to RA in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Most of them were named as Bi Syndrome(62.14%)and Tong Bi(15.53%).Medical records on the etiology and pathogenesis of RA in the invasion of cold and heat exogenous pathogens,lack of righteousness,meridian barrier these three aspects of the provisions of more articles.Syndromes to the majority of empirical distribution,deficiency less,but also a small number of mixed actuality syndromes.There were(24.27%)of Fuzheng Quxue method(14.56%)of Huatan Xingyu method(13.59%)of Qingrejiedu method(9.71%)of Wenjingntongluo method.In the use of traditional Chinese medicine,the natural properties of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are mainly warm,flat,cold,the main flavor of Chinese medicine is pungent,bitter,sweet,mainly attributable to the liver and kidney.In the category of Chinese medicine,both heat-clearing drugs,rheumatism drugs,blood circulation drugs use more frequently.Conclusion:In the Ming and Qing Dynasties "rheumatoid arthritis" multi-use Bi Syndrome to name.The Ming and Qing Dynasties for the principle treatments of RA is Bushen Fuzheng method,Qutanchuyu method,Qingrechubi method and Tongluochubi method.Professor Zhang Minghe mainly principle treatment of RA is Qingrejiedu method.The principle of therapy is Huoxuehuayu method and Qufenglishi method.All of them are clearing away heat and dispelling the heat and dispelling phlegm and removing blood stasis method as an important rule of RA.Analysis of the medical case of Ming and Qing Dynasties led to the etiology and pathogenesis of RA.It emphasized the importance of heat and evil,and emphasized the deficiency of deficiency of kidney.It was the cause of the disease.Doctors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and Professor Zhang Minghe applied the method of clearing heat and removing phlegm,but the former mostly used the method of pure heat and cooling blood,while the latter combined the specific conditions of modern patients,and believed that the role of poisoning in the pathogenesis of phlegm syndrome is also not Ignore,therefore advocates the use of heat-clearing and detoxifying methods to treat RA.
