Research On Zhang Zhongjing And Wang Qingren’s Prescriptions On Promoting Blood Circulation For Removing Blood Stasis

Objectives: In the purpose of finding out medication rules of Zhang Zhongjing and WangQingren, for the future clinical practice.Method: Frequency Analysis and Cluster Analysis, together with Data Mining for ComparativeAnalysis are all adopted to select these two famous physicians’ prescriptions for promoting bloodcirculation to remove blood stasis. In the guidance of TCM theory, this review concludes manyaspects of medicine such as sources, processing ways, property and flavor, meridian belonging,boiling instructions, dosage form and etc.Results:1. Plant herbs took the great part of drug resource, reached about more than70%inwhich the usage frequency of Blood activating and Stasis dissipating drugs arrived18%-28%.2.Cold was the most adopted in4properties of medicine, followed by Warm and Neutral; whileBitter, Sweet and Hot were the most adopted among5flavors.3. Combination medicines incommon were: Blood activating+Blood activating, Enrich Qi+Releasing the Exterior Heat,Enrich Qi+Releasing the Exterior Heat+Cooling Blood, Enrich Qi+Enrich Blood+CoolingBlood.Conclusion: Both two physicians focused on the compatibility of Blood activating and Stasisdissipating drugs with resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drugs. The usage ofwine also plays a quite important role in both two physicians’ prescriptions. While Zhang usedSupplementary of Qi and Blood, Releasing the Exterior Heat and Warming the Cold Phlegm ashealing rules but Wang preferred to use blood activating and stasis dissipating drugs to dissipatestasis directly and enrich blood resource at the same time.
