Clinical Observation Of Dong's Odd Acupoints Combined With Xiaopuma And Qi-moving Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy Of Radiculopathy Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of dong's acupoint,heavy fairy,and the combination of small reclining horse with the same acupoint and the same acupoint,the double fairy combined with electroacupuncture to treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:The 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups of 20 patients.The treatment group was used in combination with dong's acupoint barb,heavy fairy miniature horse and pneumatic needle.In the control group,the same acupoints were used for the same acupoints,and the two-3 groups of electroacupuncture were connected to the control group,and they were used with the undulating wave(2/100 Hz low high frequency),and the needle was taken out after 30 minutes.Both groups were treated 1 times a day,2 days after 5 consecutive days of rest,2 days after the next 5 days of treatment,and 1 course of treatment in 14 days.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment to simplify Mc Gill pain scale(MPQ)is questioned,Japan Tian Zhongjing long symptom quantization table 20 points method,self rating anxiety scale SAS,curative effect evaluation,and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:1.The experimental group and control group ask Mc Gill pain scale before and after treatment the score(PRI VAS PPI)Tian Zhongjing long symptom quantization table is two weeks ago has improved difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)after treatment between the two way contrast ask Mc Gill pain scale(PRI VAS PPI)Tian Zhongjing long symptoms of quantitative table score situation differences statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Self-evaluation of before and after treatment in the two groups of patients with anxiety scale(SAS)integral has a tendency to improve,the experimental group compared with control group after treatment using independent sample t test between groups(t = 0.33,p = 0.74 > 0.05),compared to no obvious statistical significance between groups.3.Experimental group total effective rate was 65%,pure traction group total effective rate was 20%,two groups total effective comparison difference has the obvious statistical significance(P < 0.05),the electric acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for remission of therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is better than pure traction therapy.Conclution: To adopt baryons,small heavy fairy horse acupuncture combined with air stitch and baryons,heavy fairy combined with cupping therapy on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,compared two methods of the treatment group and control group before and after the treatment as a result,both groups can improve patients ask Mc Gill pain scale score(PRI,VAS,PPI),Tian Zhongjing long,SAS,self rating anxiety symptom quantization tables,found that the experimental group is compared between group ask Mc Gill pain scale score(PRI,VAS,PPI),Tian Zhongjing long amount of improvement is better than that of control group,SAS anxiety scores no difference between the two groups.The effect of treating the cervical spondylosis of radiculopathy with the combination of the heavy son and the heavy impregnation with the combination of the miniature horse and the pneumoconiosis,the patient's pain,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the recovery of self-anxiety had a good effect.
