| Purpose: To observe the effect of needling cervical Jiaji points with different retention times on the curative effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Material and method:Patients were diagnosed with neurogenic cervical spondylosis after diagnosis(90 cases in total)and were divided into treatment groups 1,2 and 3.Treatment 1 group acupuncture cervical Jiaji point(cervical lesion vertebral body as the center of its upper and lower vertebral body to take the bilateral pinch points),The frequency of acupuncture is once a day,and the number of treatments needed is 5 times a week(excluding weekends)for a course of 2 weeks,retention time of 10 minutes.The frequency of acupuncture points and needling in treatment group 2 was the same as that in treatment group1,and the retention time was 30 minutes;the frequency of acupuncture points and needling in treatment group 3 was the same as that in treatment group 1,and the retention time was 50 minutes.The VAS score,the Japanese Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale,and the Neck Disability Index(NDI)were recorded before and after treatment,respectively,SPSS 26.0 was used for data statistics.Results:1.A total of 90 patients who met the criteria were included in this study,including 30 patients in treatment group 1 with 1 dislodgement,30 patients in treatment group 2 with 2 dislodgements,and 30 patients in treatment group 3 with 2 dislodgements.There were no significant differences in gender,age,disease duration,VAS score,Japanese Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale,and Neck Disability Index(NDI)before treatment among the three comparable groups.2.VAS scores,the Japanese Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale,and the Neck Disability Index(NDI)were significantly lower in all three groups before and after treatment,this means that all acupuncture is effective.3.There were significant differences in VAS scores,the Japanese Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale,neck Disability Index(NDI)after comparison treatment,with significant differences between treatment group 2 and treatment group 1,and between treatment group 3 and treatment group 1,while there were no significant differences between treatment group 2 and treatment group 3,this means that groups 2 and 3 have better efficacy,and there were no significant differences in efficacy between treatment group 2 and treatment group.Conclusion:1.The retention time of cervical Jiaji points is 10 min,30min and 50 min,which has significant therapeutic effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.After treatment,the results showed that the effect of needle retention for 30 minutes and 50 minutes was better than that for 10 minutes.The effect of needle retention for 30 minutes is equivalent to that for 50 minutes.3.If the above conclusion is correct,then 30 minutes is the best time for needle retention. Compared with 50 minutes for needle retention,it can save time for patients and reduce their pain,which is worthy of clinical reference.4.Because the sample size and grouping of this study are small,and the course of treatment is short,it can not provide a clear conclusion for the clinical,and further research is needed. |
