Objective: In this study, the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the subjects, the acupoints were selected based on the differentiation of meridians as the test factor, the conventional acupoints were selected as the control, and the vas visual analog score,Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylotic symptom scale score and TCM syndrome score were used as the efficacy observation indicators. The changes of various indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by acupoints selection based on the differentiation of meridians and electroacupuncture at Cervical Jiaji point,Provide objective basis for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of the disease. Methods: 72 patients who met the case selection criteria were collected and recorded from January 2021 to December 2021 in the Acupuncture Department of Yueyang traditional Chinese medicine hospital.According to the order of visiting date, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group(acupoint selection group)and control group(routine acupoint selection group),36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji(bilateral),Tianzhu(bilateral),Houxi(affected side),Shenmai(affected side)and Xuanzhong(affected side). On the basis of acupuncture at Jingjiaji(both sides),the treatment group identified the diseased meridians and treated them by acupuncture at Shangyuan,Luo and Ashi points of the diseased meridians. In both groups,Cervical Jiaji point was connected with electroacupuncture, one group on each side, two groups of electroacupuncture were connected, and 2Hz continuous wave was selected. Both groups were treated 6times a week for a course of treatment,a total of 2 weeks. The vas visual analogue score,Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale score and TCM syndrome score were evaluated before treatment and after the end of the two courses of treatment. Results: A total of 62 patients were treated in this study.1.Comparison of score difference between the two groups: after the treatment, the VAS score,Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared within the group, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the symptoms of the two groups were improved.2.Comparison of score difference between the two groups: there are differences between the two groups in improving VAS,score of Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale and TCM syndrome score,P value is less than 0.05,which is statistically significant, and the improvement of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Clinical efficacy of the two groups: after two courses of treatment,4 cases were clinically controlled in the treatment group,16 cases were significantly effective,9cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.63%.In the control group,1 case was clinically controlled,8 cases were significantly effective,16 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33%(p<0.05).Conclusion: Both groups can alleviate the symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, but the treatment group is better than the control group. The effect of acupoint selection based on meridians differentiation combined with electroacupuncture at Cervical Jiaji is more obvious, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. |
