In market economy system, drastic competition is an unavoidable problem to the enterprise hospitals. High quality employee is essential factor for hospital to survive the competition and develop; hence human source management becomes more important. This study is to investigate and analyze the status of the employee's job satisfaction in Dongfeng general hospital, to explore the difference among different groups, then to put forward the suggestions and meaures of humanistic management. Improve efficiency and improve hospital health care management to meet the medical needs of patients with high quality.The study used questionnaires and interviews as methods to survey Dongfeng General Hospital staff. We randomly selected 1,000 staff to conduct the questionnaire. We scored the results with five-point scoring, and analyzed the data using SPSS 13.0.The results showed that:the age, position, occupation, level of education of staff job satisfaction were significantly different. Those with different sex, and the way of hires had no difference on the overall score of Job satisfaction, but varied in some aspects. It can be considered that Workload and compensation, management efficiency, work environment, development prospects, recognition of achievements and harmonious working relationships is main factors affect the hospital employee satisfaction. To improve job satisfaction should be emphasis on improving these factors, and should pay attention to the differences of different groups. In addition to concern about the work itself to meet the employees'needs, but also should focus on satisfying sense of accomplishment and social satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction will affect the work behavior and job performance. It can promote that the employees be more initiative and faithful, to improve hospital management efficiency and work efficiency significantly.According to the results, the thesis educes some measures to raise job satisfaction. Such as:increase management staff's salary according to their workload; ease personnel's pressure by psychotherapy; Improvement working conditions, building humanities atmosphere; increase manager's capability of decision making by training; build growth stair and establishment the together ideal; raise social status by many measures, etc.
