Analysis On Nursing Satisfaction And Influencing Factors For Emergency General Surgery Discharged Patients From A Grade ?-A Hospital

With the transformation of medical model, the satisfaction of patients during the medical clinic process is more and more important and gained increasing attention by medical and health care workers and the management of medical and health institutes. The condition of emergency patients changes fast, and the mood of them is not stable. On account of nursing staff contact with patients closely, the satisfaction of emergency patients m ay produce influence on the disease diagnosis and treatm ent process. The study investigated a Grade III-A hospital emergency nursing satisfaction survey on general hospital discharged pati ents, in order to provide patients wit h higher quality of service to emergency medical care.Objective Through self-designed questionnaire, we can understand the basic information of hospital emergency patients of nursing se rvice satisfaction, analysis the f actors influencing patient satisfaction, then provide the basis of i mprovement of emergency nursing work provide certain.Methods Through self-designed questionnaire, we conducted our investigation by call-back. The result of the investig ation was inputted by Epidata. Then we analyzed the consequence through SPSS statistical software. Spearman correlation was used to test the validity of the questionna ire. Measurement data show by M±Q. We analyzed the attribute data and show ed by frequency. The comparison of satisfaction rate among different groups was performed by chi-square test. Multiple factors analyzed by using the binary classification logistics regression analysis.Results There were total of 620 questionnaire s distributed on the survey, and we removed invalid questionnaire, finally keep 609 questionnaires. The m edian age of respondents was 53 years old. We can know the score of nursing service of emergency patients(98.13±4.8). The rate of patients' satisfaction was 82.1%. The rate of every event in the questionnaire was all above 95%. The majority of respondents was male, accounting for 60.1%, but the satisfaction rate of men and women was close. The age of respondents was dif ferent distributions. The percent of more than 46 years old objects was at 84.3%, which was the m ost. The highest satisfaction age group was over 65 years old. Married accounted for 68.1%, non-sm okers accounted for 68.1%, drug allergy accounted for 2.6%. And m ost of them were married and nonsmokers. The vast majority of them had no hi story of drug allergy. Most of respondents were outpatient. Emergency patients satisfa ction rate was 76.4%, and outpatients satisfaction rate was 84.5%. Most patient s could proceed further consultation. The median of hospital total cost on this survey was 12784.50(7408.00,22175.00)yuan and the median of hospital care costs on this survey was 133(78.00,228.00)yuan. There are 62.4% of patients can insist taking exercise, whose satisfaction rate was 97.1%. Food distribution is as follows: ordinary diet was 34.3%, soft diet was 37.4%, semi-liquid diet was 21.5%, liquid diet was 6.1% and na sogastric diet was 0.7 %. Liquid diets and nasogastric satisfaction ra te were relatively high. E ach project satisfaction rate was above 95%. Multifactor logistics regression analysis showed th at: whether or not com ing hospital again?the status of physical training and dietary st atus can influence the im pact on patient nursing satisfaction.Conclusion The patients of general Sur gery emergency are more satisfied with nursing service.
