| With the development of society,the improvement of people’s economic level and the continuous improvement of people’s requirements for medical services,more requirements and challenges are put forward for medical institutions.Patients’ expectations of medical services are higher and higher.They not only need to be optimistic about the disease,but also want to get more intimate services.Therefore,medical institutions need to improve their own medical service quality and improve the level of medical services.With the help of patient satisfaction survey,medical institutions can more accurately grasp the needs of patients for the quality of medical services,more intuitive to find their own defects,find out the needs to improve the quality of service,so as to improve patients’ medical experience and ensure the improvement of patients’ satisfaction.Based on customer satisfaction,this paper discusses customer satisfaction theory,customer satisfaction model,patient satisfaction and patient loyalty theory.The questionnaire of patient satisfaction in Lianyi hospital was designed,which was divided into two parts: basic information survey and main body survey.200 survey results were collected,sorted out and counted.First of all,through the method of questionnaire,this paper investigated the four dimensions of hospital level,namely:medical environment and medical facilities,medical staff service attitude,outpatient and inpatient procedures,medical staff’s diagnosis and treatment behavior on patient satisfaction.The linear relationship between patient satisfaction and the four dimensions was obtained by scoring and analyzing each evaluation index.At the same time,this paper also investigated the influence of factors related to the patient level and social and cultural level on patient satisfaction.Finally,this paper puts forward strategies to improve patient satisfaction.Through the investigation,it is found that the satisfaction score of medical environment,medical facilities and diagnosis and treatment behavior of Lianyi hospital is high.The hospital should continue to strengthen the improvement of medical technology level and medical equipment quality,grasp the talents at the same time,and provide more knowledge and skills training and learning opportunities for medical technology talents.In terms of the treatment process and the service attitude of the medical staff,the patient satisfaction of Lianyi hospital is low.The hospital should strengthen the service training and education of the medical staff,improve the service attitude,service awareness,service ability and service level of the medicalstaff.At the same time,hospitals need to simplify the treatment process,optimize the treatment procedures,establish a information-based treatment process system,and strengthen the construction of self-service system.The high medical cost is also an important factor affecting patients’ satisfaction.Hospitals should improve the transparency of charges and reduce unreasonable examination and medication.In order to improve patient satisfaction,not only the efforts of the hospital,but also the joint efforts of the patients and the society are needed.The media should also play a positive guiding role in building a harmonious and beautiful doctor-patient relationship and a harmonious society. |
