Objective:(1)The status of employee satisfaction could be found by hospital employee satisfactionsurvey, the factors that affect employee satisfaction were explored and a solution for the problemrectification could be proposed in order to improve employee satisfaction and the quality of medicalservices as well as provide the basis for the hospital self-inspection.(2)Made some suggestions andmeasures conducive for management to make decisions in order to improve employee’s satisfaction,employee’s loyalty and strengthen the construction of hospital culture and reduce the brain drain,indirectly improve the quality of medical services and patient’s satisfaction.Method: Based on reading a lot of satisfaction research literature, academic papers, and on the basis ofself-designed hospital employee satisfaction survey questionnaire to investigate. Randomly selected threetertiary hospitals staff to investigate in Urumqi. Including doctors, nurses, medical technicians, pharmacystaff, administration staff, logistics personnel to investigate. Study include hospital evaluation, return ofwork、working conditions, the work itself, personal development, relationship between colleagues, practiceenvironment, the House leadership, organizational management, department management, securitymanagement, family support, hospitals, cultural activities, scientific research environment, the diningenvironment, turnover intention, a total of15dimensions,35specific entries. Used a five-point Likertscale score. Used the SPSS16.0statistical software to analysis the results.Results:(1) satisfaction level of employee of Tertiary hospitals in Urumqi is general satisfaction(3.42±0.57).Below average satisfaction factors are work return, dining environment, hospitals andcultural activities, the work itself, working conditions, practice environment, scientific researchenvironment.(2) Different groups of employee satisfaction there were significant differences, women lessthan men satisfaction employee satisfaction, there is an upward trend in growth in employee satisfactionwith age; Medical staff satisfaction levels are low compared to other employee satisfaction levels, Withtitles increased level of satisfaction are on the rise; There is a U-shaped distribution of work experience andthe level of satisfaction, education specialist staff has lower levels of satisfaction.(3) The employeesatisfaction of operating return has the correlation maximum, but the lowest level ofsatisfaction(2.81±0.95), it is the most important factors that affect the level of satisfaction.Conclusions:(1) In this study, designed satisfaction questionnaire of the hospitals’ employee as ameasurement tool, investigated the987employee from three level of first-class hospital in Urumqi,analysised the influence factors of employee satisfaction, questionnaire were reliability and validity.(2) thelevel of employee satisfaction to reach the general satisfaction level, it need to improve the level ofsatisfaction.(3) Pay attention to female employees, medical and nursing staff, the low age group5-15yearsseniority employees, at the beginning of the intermediate title staff and satisfaction of college degree anddoctoral degree.(4)Work reward is the most important factor. Giving priority to solve the problem of workreturns in employee’ satisfaction influencing factors.
