Based On The Emotion-induced Experiment, We Compare The Effects Of Happiness And Sorrow On Pulse Parameters

Based on the concept of Chinese emotion,cognition and emotion can lead to the change of the pulse through the influence of human blood and Qi,this study uses emotional technology used in modem psychological research and traditional Chinese medicine pulse instrument can objectively collected pulse parameters,with neutral emotion control,through the observation and comparison of healthy people in the pulse paraneters change before and after joy,the change of state of sadness,joy and sadness will explore the characteristics of stimulation pulse parameters and its correlation with joy,sadness records,provide a basis for the promotion and development of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine pulse emotion and guide clinical practice.Purposes:1 With neutral emotion as the control,we compare the characteristics and differences of pulse chart parameters under the condition of two kinds of emotions.2 To explore the relationship between pulse graph parameters and joy and sadness,under the condition of two kinds of emotions.Methods:1 Subjects screenedThis study based on the WHO concept of health,in the preliminary screening based on the school intends to participate in the study of female college students,to the hospital routine examination and relevant psychological test scale as the basis,select no significant physical and mental abnormalities in 40 as the research subjects.Physical examination items include:routine physical examination and abdominal ultrasound,gynecological;scale including Beck Depression Scale(score 7points),Beck Anxiety Scale(score 45 points),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(P scale score of 8 points,E score less than 15 points,N scale score less than 14 points),the scale for assessment of premenstrual syndrome premenstrual syndrome;and between the ages of 18 to 30 years of age;Cunkou pulse does not belong to the oblique flying pulse,anti off pulse pulse position variation;no history of mental illness;a total of 40 people,per capita in joy and sorrow,3 kinds of emotion,a total of 120 passengers.The original data will be entered into the Excel table,after two times to check the loek library.Descriptive statistics were randomly selected in emotional stimulus strength in 5?6 of the joy,sadness and neutral Video 1 pieces each in subjects before menstruation 3?7 days,the subjects in the resting state to watch emotional video before(TO),watch the video at the end(T1),watch the video 15 minutes after the end of the 3 point(T2),fill in the mood questionnaire respectively,the emotion specific emotional state of self assessment.The questionnaire consisted of two dimensions(pleasure and arousal)and the 5 basic emotions(joy,sadness,anger,fear,calm).The original data will be entered into the Excel table,after two times to check the lock library.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to describe the emotion and neutral emotion,and the difference data were analyzed.3 Collection and analysis of pulse chart general situation of the subjectsThe mean age of the 40 subjects was 22.65years,and the age ranged from 18 to 29 years.Average height of 1.62 meters,with an average weight of 54.70 kg.BMI index 18.36 to 24.98,with an average of 20.71.Psychological scale:BDI score of 0 to 7 points,an average of 2.45 points.BAI score of 24 to 40 points,an average of 29.35points.The P scale score was 0 to 5,with an average score of 2.38.The E scale score was 2 to 12,with an average score of 8.10.The N scale score was 0 to 11,with an average score of 3.18.Menstrual condition:40 cases were subject to multiple cycles and the menstrual cycle was 28?31 days.Period 3?7 days.There was no obvious premenstrual syndrone.Physical examination:40 cases of female college students in the group have no obvious physical examination indicators and other abnormalities.2 The induction of happy,sad and neutral emotions(1)Neutral mood:TO pleasure was significantly higher than T1;T1 pleasure was significantly lower than T2.(2)The mood of joy:The arousal of TO was significantly lower than T2;T0 score was significantly lower than T1,the score was significantly higher than that of T2,the T1 score was significantly higher than that of T2,and the score was significantly lower than T2.(3)Sadness:The TO was significantly higher than T2,the arousal was significantly lower than T2,the T1 was significantly higher than that of T2,T1 arousal was significantly lower than T2.TO scores were significantly higher than T1,and the scores were significantly lower than those of T1.The T1 score was significantly higher than that of T2,and the anger score was significantly higher than that of T2;TO scores were significantly higher than those of T2,and there were significant differences in the scores of calmness.(4)Comparison of happiness and sadness:Neutral,joy,sadness three emotions in Tl,pleasure and arousal are highly significant differenees.In T2,there are signifieant differenees in significantly higher than T2(p<0.05)(T1).Compared with T2,T0 was significantly higher than T2(p<0.01),T1 were significantly higher than T2(p<0.05),TO,T4,t5/t4,W1 significantly lower than sadness.H5,h5/h1,t5/t4,happiness is the lowest,sadness is the highest.4 The correlation between pulse parameters and happy and sad stateThrough the correlation analysis between three kinds of different emotions of the early stage pulse chart parameters of Chinese female college students and the different emotions of Chinese,happy and sad,40 cases were found:(1)The correlation between the parameters of T0,T1 and T2 analysis of neutral,happy and sadCompared with T1,wl/t was significantly negatively correlated with neutral T1(r=-0.257 p<0.05)(T0).Compared with T2,HI(r=0.258 p<0.021)and H2(r=0.239 T0)were positively correlated with neutral T2(p<0.05).(2)Correlation between happiness and pulse parametersH2(r=0.228 p<0.05)and Ad(r=0.244 p<0.05)showed a significant positive correlation with TO in the view of watching neutral and happy mood.(3)The correlation between the sad and the pulse graph parametersCompared with neutral and sad video,HI(r=0.227),H2(r=0.241),H3(r=0.221),H5(r=0.226),As(r=0.2265)and TO were significantly positively correlated(p<0.05).There was a sig1ificant negative correlation between w2/t and T2(r=-0.237 p<0.05).(4)Correlation between happiness,sadness and pulse parametersTO(wl/t)(T1)(T2)(T2)(=1)(=0)(W1)(r=0.3 p<0.01)was significantly correlated with T2(r=0.278 p<0.05),and was significantly positively correlated with hi/h.There was a significant negative correlation between t5/t4 and T2(r=-0.233).Conclusions1 Feelings of joy and sadness,two kinds of emotion and neutral emotion(1)Neutral emotionIn TO,T1,T2,the degree of arousal and arousal were better,and the scores of calm mood were more than 5 points,and the scores of the other four emotions were less than 5 points.Neutral emotional induction effect is better.(2)HappinessIn Tl,the scores of pleasure and arousal were all greater than 5 points,and there was a significant difference between them.The score of joy was more than 5,and was significantly higher than that of TO and T2.The score was less than 5,which was significantly lower than TO and T2.There was no significant change in other emotional scores.It shows that the effect of happy mood is better,and there is no other emotion.(3)SadnessIn T1,the degree of pleasure was significantly decreased,the arousal was significantly increased,and the scores of grhef were significantly increased,and the change was dose to 5.Joy and calm score decreased significantly.There was no significant change in anger scores.Note that the state of grief induced better mood,a slight and angry feelings.(4)Compared with neutral emotion,the induction of joy and sadnessThere were no significant differences in the scores of TO,pleasure,arousal,and 5 of the basic emotional scores between the three emotions.The subjects were in a state of calm.Compared with neutrarl emotion,watching the three kinds of emotional video T1,the degree of pleasure and arousal were highly significant differences;the degree of pleasure,the rank of the rank of arousal,T1 were higher than the sad T1.The pleasure and arousal were better than those of the joyful mood,and the scores of the four emotions,such as joy,sadness,anger and calmness,were significantly changed.Joy score ranks highest in joy Tl.Sad Score Rank mean in sad T1 higher than joy T1.The mean score of the caim score at the end of watching the happy video immediately.The results showed that the effects of the emotion induction and grief of the female college students were significant.2 The characteristics of pulse graph parameters under the condition of happy and sad(1)The effect of neutral emotion on pulse parametersThe left ventricular ejection function,arterial compliance and peripheral resistance of neutral T1 were higher than that of TO.T2 compared with TO,left ventricular ejection function,arterial compliance,vascular elasticity and cardiac output were significantly increased,with statistical significance.(2)The influence of joyful emotion on the parameters of pulse graphsT1 left ventricular ejection period significantly increased.The left ventricular ejection function,arterial compliance,vascular elasticity,peripheral resistance and cardiac output of Tl were slightly decreased.The ratio of T2 to T1,left ventricular ejection function,arterial compliance,and vascular elasticity increased.Compared with TO,T2 showed a slight increase in compliance and peripheral resistance,and arterial compliance,heart rate and cardiac output decreased slightly.(3)The influence of grief on the parameters of pulse graphsIn T1,the peripheral resistance was significantly increased,and the duration of heart rate and arterial pressure was higher than that of TO.Compared with T2,the duration of rapid ejection of left ventricle and the high level of arterial pressure were significantly lower than that of T1.Compared with TO,the maintenance time of left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular systolic pressure and high arterial pressure level was significantly lower than that of T2.(4)The influence of joy and grief on the parameters of pulse graphsThere was no significant difference in T0,T1,and T2 parameters between the three groups of neutral,happy and sad video.From the analysis of the trend of changes,like TI,left ventricular ejection function,arterial compliance,peripheral resistance and arterial elasticity,large artery elasticity,rapid left ventricular ejection period,left ventricular systolic wall,vascular compliance,peripheral vascular resistance,and arterial pressure level duration,systolic and diastolic area area T1 were lower than the sad.H1 T2,arterial elasticity and peripheral resistance,left ventricular ejection period,systolic,diastolic,cardiac cycle time and vascular wall compliance,the duration of aortic pressure increase was higher than that of sad T2.Arterial compliance,heart rate were lower than sad correlated with T2,and there was a significant negative correlation between heart rate and T2.
