| Through physical means such as massage,passive stretching and active training,the subjects were interfered to restrain the knee pronation of college students,reduce the risk of exercise and improve their performance.Literature review was used to refer to the related research results of knee pronation to understand the development status of this research field and the methods of rehabilitation treatment.Using FMS functional action screening on the 31 Ⅱ knock knees to evaluate college female students,on the basis of the overall view,joints and rehabilitation and the principle of function and structure affect each other design scheme,using the body center of gravity balance instrument to verify this intervention effect.Before the training,subjects were randomly divided into passive training group,active training group and passive combined training group.The subjects of the active training group actively trained the strength,flexibility and correction of the lower limbs and core muscles.The passive training group first loosened the adhesion by massage,then stretched and activated the lower limb muscle group.The main passive training group first stretched and activated the lower limb muscle group,and then carried out corrective training.Training cycle for three times a week,every 30 minutes,training time for a month,respectively was conducted in the training before and after rehabilitation measure and assess,get the following results:(1)assessment found that core muscle strength,lower limb rehabilitation before subjects weaker cognitive level,the flexibility and operation mode are asymmetric motion compensation degree is higher,poor performance ability.(2)insufficient balance ability of the subjects before training may be related to knee pronation,and there is weakness of muscle strength and limb coordination disorder,which requires further in-depth study on the relationship between the two.(3)after rehabilitation training,the ankle spacing is significantly reduced,and the main combined training mode is the best,followed by passive training,followed by active training.(4)the improvement of the active ankle pitch is mainly based on the best training mode,followed by the active training mode and the passive training mode.The active training mode should be highly valued.(5)after rehabilitation training,the subjects around the knee joint muscle strength improved,joint stability,flexibility,improve significantly,"inside the knee buckle","foot inside and eversion" significantly reduced.(6)after rehabilitation training,found the center of gravity of the moving trajectory and the average speed is significantly reduced,three methods of training on the subjects’ centre of gravity is moving all have a positive impact,but it is inversely proportional to improvement and stability.Different rehabilitation training can effectively improve genu valgum Ⅱdegrees,among them the main passive combined with training effect best,active and passive training each have their own advantages. |
