Clinical Observation Of Self-made Nipple For External Use In The Treatment Of Mastopathy-liver Stagnation And Phlegm Coagulation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of mastodynia-syndrome of the stagnation of the liver qi and phlegm,to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mastodynia,so as to obtain more effective treatment for the treatment of mastodynia.Methods:By using the method of the open randomized controlled clinical trial,60 cases of mastodynia-syndrome of the stagnation of liver qi and phlegm coagulation were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group,control group only use the conventional oral drug treatment,treatment group on the control group based add topical homemade sticker treatnent.Observation the change of the two groups through 2 menstrual cycle treatment of breast pain(grading,nature,breast lumps,size change before and after treatment and relationgship with menstruation),menstruation,TCM syndrome score and clinical symptoms,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Comparison the breast pain and nature of pain:pain grading before and after the treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased.The differences were statistical significance(P<0.05),treatment group the number of cases of breast pain improvement(markedly effective+effective)was 26 cases,improveruent rate was 86.7%,control group the number of cases of breast pain and improvement was 22 cases,improvement rate was 73.3%,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);pain properties before and after treatment in the two groups no significant changes,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the difference between the nature of the pain of two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Breast lumps and texture:treatment group,the mass effect improvement(markedly effective+effective)in the number of cases is 28 cases,improvement rate was 93.3%,the control group improved in the number of cases is in 18 cases,improvement rate was 60%,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Before and after treatment in the two groups of mass texture without significant changes,the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)Relationship between breast pain and menstrual:There was no significant relationship between the two groups before and after treatment of breast pain and menstrual differences(P>0.05),no statistical significance in two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)Menstruation:the difference of menstrual period before and after treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05);before and after treat menstrual quantity difference no statistical significance(P>0.05);Before and after the treatment of menstrual blood clots differenee no statistical significance(P>0.05);menstrual color before and after treatment than was found no statistical significance(P>0.05).Before and after the treatment of dysmenorrhea difference no statistical significance(P>0.05).(5)TCM syndrome integral comparison:two groups of TCM syndrome scores after treatment were significantly decreased,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups of syndromes integral difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),group of syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine therapy significantly improved 11 cases,improvement rate was 36.7%,the control group of TCM syndrome significantly improved in 3 cases,improvement rate was 10.0%,two groups to improve rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of clinical symptorus:Xiongxie pain,emotional irritability,emotion lowering depression,sighing frequently,acid reflux,bitter taste,belching,loss of appetite,stool after treatment were improved,differences have statistical significance(P<0.05),soreness and weakness of waist and knees in the two groups before and after treatment the difference no statistical significance(P>0.05);in xiongxie pain treatment after the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05),the difference between the other symptoms had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:Homemade sticker combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mastodynia in breast pain,breast lumps,improve the clinical symptoms had better effect than single oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.
