Clinical Observation On Modified Cangfudaotan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children Gynecomastia With Liver Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Stagnation Type

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction in the treatment of children gynecomastia with liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type.To illustrate the effect of Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction on serum testosterone and estradiol levels.Methods:Selected into 60 cases according to the standard of Children gynecomastia,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each.The treatment group was given Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction,and the control group was given xiaoyao pill.Two group of patients were taking eight weeks.After eight weeks,record breast symptoms and TCM symptom integral,curative effect and safety assessment.Test before and after treatment with serum testosterone,estradiol levels.After two months,record and compare the recurrence rate.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3%and 70.0%respectively,and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared the integral of breast symptoms and TCM symptom:there were significant diffierences between the two groups performance in pain,TCM syndrome,tumor size,etc.Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment compared with the difference was statistically significant between the two way,(P<0.05).Indicated that both groups can improve the clinical symptoms,the treatment group is superior than the control group.Compared the Hormone levels:To treatment group patients,the difference between before and after treatment on Serum estradiol and testosterone was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Follow-up survey:the treatment group relapsed 0,the control group relapsed 2 cases.The treatment group recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction in treating children gynecomastia with liver qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type curative effect is superior than the control group obviously.2.Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction can cure breast symptoms and TCM symptom;increase the serum testosterone level obviously,improve the sex hormone disorder.3.Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction in treating children gynecomastia is safe,effective and no recurrence.
