Juan Yu Granule For Liver Phlegm Obstru Ction Type Depression Syndrome Clinical Observation

Purpose:Randomized controlled methods to verify the therapeutic effect of particles Yu Juan Phlegm type of liver depression depressive disorder,by exploring the effectiveness of the treatment of liver depression particles Yu Juan Phlegm type of depressive disorder,both from the theoretical and clinical systems analysis and Juan Yu treatment of Liver depression particle theory point Phlegm type of depression.Method:Select Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Sleep Center of Integrative Medicine clinic,in line with the research inclusion criteria Phlegm type of liver depression depressive patients as observed object,72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Yu Juan particle group)36 cases and the control group(fluoxetine group)36 cases;in the course of the study treatment group and control group 1case each of this program fails to take drugs,excluding cases not included in the statistics.Liver Depression and Phlegm will eventually meet the depressive type 70 patients included in the statistics.Yu Juan groups were given fluoxetine hydrochloride granules and oral treatment,Yu Juan particles by the method of oral medicine bag,10 g,1 bag each time,2 times a day sooner or later orally;fluoxetine 1(20mg),morning from oral,1 times a day,14 days a course of treatment,a total of four cycles.After the end of treatment,efficacy was observed using SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical data before and after the treatment of the group of particles Yu Juan fluoxetine group and two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment of patients by gender,age,duration to compare the two groups were comparable(P> 0.05),after four courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment of TCM syndromes,HAMDL Depression Rating Scale SDS and self-rating scale scores were compared by statistical processing,P <0.05,indicating the treatment group than the control group.Treatment group with the control group before and after treatment symptom score.There was statistically significant(P <0.01).After treatment and control groups in symptom scores comparison,P <0.05,there are differences.Description groups can improve the symptoms of liver stagnation Phlegm type depressive patients,but application of Chinese medicine treatment group Juan Yu particles better,did not see adverse reactions.This study confirmed that Juan Yu particle significant effect in improving liver stagnation Phlegmtype depressive aspects.Conclusion:Juan Yu Chinese medicine granules can improve the HAMD total score,and the patients can improve depression,decreased activity,mental retardation and other symptoms and cognitive function,while the treatment group can significantly patient good Taixi,pharynx block,dizziness,loss of appetite,abdominal distension,mouth sticky and uncomfortable stool and other symptoms have significant improvement.
