Changes in urban and rural areas have brought about a decrease in the population in rural areas, and have also brought about changes in the rural economic model and the way land resources are used.At the same time, during the process of anti-urbanization,the urban population began to flow to the rural or urban-rural areas, forming a new diversified community with the original rural left-behind personnel. These changes have led to the commercialization of rural areas and the transformation of rural functions. In addition to the original simple production functions, ecological functions, economic functions, social and cultural functions, historical functions and aesthetic functions have been added.Diversified rural functions cannot be realized only by the original rural population, but must be combined with the urban population.Organic communities can combine urban population and rural population, realize differentiated rural functions, help to improve the environmental protection and food safety awareness of urban and rural residents, coordinate the integrated development of the 123 organic industries, and promote the process of urban-rural integration. At present, the research on organic community at home and abroad mainly focuses on the model of organic community, lacking of special research on organic community planning.Based on the analysis of the development process of the concept of urban-rural integration and the changes between urban and rural areas and communities, this paper obtains the current situation and development trend of community construction,as well as the internal relationship between organic community construction and the realization of urban-rural integration.According to the relevant theories of organic community planning, this paper studies the objectives, principles, main contents and implementation measures of organic community planning from the perspective of urban-rural integration, and expounds the planning strategies of organic community. At the same time, the organic community planning in Jinshan District of Shanghai is taken as a case study to clarify its planning content, which will provide reference and guidance for the organic community planning in other areas in the future.(1)The changes in China's urban and rural population have brought about changes in the number and size of farms, resulting in the intensification and scale of agricultural production in rural and rural areas.Since 1995,the number of state-owned farms in China has decreased from 2,129 to 1,759.The area of cultivated land occupied has increased from 4.56 million hectares to 6.42 million hectares. In addition to the simple production function, the rural areas reflect the intangible value of diversity.(2)The traditional community is becoming a diversified community today, and the rural function is changing from the production of agricultural products to the consumption space of urban residents. The planning goals of the organic community should focus on economic benefits and sustainable development, reflecting diverse functions such as ecology, economy, social culture, history, aesthetics, and participation, especially non-material values.(3)The key contents of organic community planning include organic product environmental suitability evaluation, organic industry maturity evaluation, organic industrial system planning, functional space planning, support system planning, implementation of safeguard measures planning, and benefit and risk analysis. The organic community planning strategy should highlight the role of organic communities in urban and rural organic industries, pay attention to the spatial integration of land in urban and rural areas, and develop a new "Internet +" development model.(4)The case analysis of the organic community planning of Jinshan District in Shanghai shows that the quality of the atmosphere, water and soil environment for the development of organic agriculture in Jinshan District is generally appropriate, and the evaluation level of the maturity of the organic industry is level 2.In terms of overall layout, based on the construction of beautiful rural areas in Jinshan District,a total of 2 organic communities in Luxiang Town and Fengjing Town will be constructed during the planning period;the planned key construction projects include organic community water sources, cultivated land, air supervision projects, and community cleaning supporting projects,Organic administrator training project and social service industry project, etc.
