Baicun:The Space Planning Mode Of New Rural Community In Guanzhong Area Under The Context Of Agriculture Industrialization

Building a new socialist countryside is an important starting point to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural and farmers",and the key to its core problem lies in the development of production.In recent years,under the background of integrating urban with rural,the problems of poor quality of rural space environment,the disorder of rural space planning,the low coupling degree between industry and space,and the lack of synergies between production space and living space have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and necessary to explore the way and method of rural spatial planning suitable for the coordination of industry and space in Guanzhong area.This paper reviews and summarizes the theory and practice of rural planning in China since the reform and opening up,comprehensively uses the relevant knowledge of urban and rural planning,economics,sociology,geography and other disciplines to reflect on China's contemporary rural space planning model and actively explore the Feasibility of rural space planning model that lead by agriculture.At the same time,through the use of literature review method,practice investigation method,case comparison method,multi-disciplinary coherence method,questionnaire survey method,induction deduction method to improve the research of this thesis.This paper chooses Baicun of Liquan County in Shaanxi Province as the research sample,and its rural space planning model that combined agricultural industrialization with new rural community has some reference for the surrounding area of rural space planning.Based on the review of the relevant theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the layout and development of the rural space,summarizes the space model of village in traditional village of Baicun,and puts forward the model of new rural community space planning.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the space planning model of new rural community in Baicun,summarizes the drawbacks of its space planning model,and puts forward the strategy of new rural community space planning in Baicun,through the evaluation of the new rural community construction plan,puts forward the strategy of new rural community space planning in Baicun.To sum up,draw the following conclusions:1)In the traditional rural of Baicun that lead by traditional agriculture,the coupling degree of industry(first production)and space(production space and living space)is weak,showing a double layer space structure with "centralized" living space as the center and outward radiation production space.2)The coupling degree between the industry(first,second and third production)and the space(including production space and living space)is strong in new rural community of Baicun that dominated by agricultural industrialization(including modern agriculture and leisure agriculture),showing a double layer space structure with "centralized and grouped" living space as the center and outward radiation"multi-grouped and centripetal" production space.3)The overall space pattern of new rural community in Baicun forms a"multi-center with group" land distribution;its production space adopts multi-group centripetal layout;living space is based on industry layout and spatial characteristics,take determinant as the main layout,and combing agriculture with leisure agriculture,forming" living with research agriculture" group,"living with technique agriculture"group and "living with leisure agriculture" group.
