The electric power industry can promote the rapid growth of the national economy and is the key to the national economic growth.Energy security and economic growth depend on the security and stable supply of electricity.However,as China's economy enters a period of growth shift,the growth rate of power demand drops sharply,and the basis of scale expansion changes fundamentally.FY power supply bureau has the following problems currently: performance appraisal can' t be applied effectively,and the awareness of market innovation is weak;The main task of the power company is daily management and power supply service;Employees only focus on hard work,not on the process of performance management,and pay insufficient attention to performance management.It can be seen that the current performance management of FY power supply bureau can' t improve the enterprise's competence accurately,so as to enable the enterprise to achieve long-term and harmonious development.Based on the market development needs faced by power enterprises,under the environment of competitive power market,this paper explores the optimization research on the performance management of FY power supply bureau based on the performance management status quo of FY power supply bureau in order to adapt to the modern development of power enterprises.This paper conducts an interview and investigation on FY power supply bureau,reviews relevant article materials,and carries out analysis and discussion on optimizing performance management of FY power supply bureau based on relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management.At the beginning,expounding the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management briefly.Secondly,introducing the performance management status of FY power supply bureau,and pointing out the problems existing in the performance management of FY power supply bureau.Then,optimizing the performance management of FY power supply bureau by combining key performance indicators,target management method and 360 performance assessment.Lastly,through the case analysis above,drawing the conclusion and forecasted the performance management.Finally,the paper proposes the optimization idea,principle and design scheme of FY power supply bureau's performance management,which can properly optimize the performance management scheme of FY power supply bureau,and has important practical significance for the promotion of enterprises.
