The most important problem in the composition of Chinese enterprises is the inefficient management mode of performance.Nowadays,due to global integration,the development environment of economy and enterprise is in a former tense situation.The result of this environment is the higher requirement of performance management efficiency.However,the most important problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is the lack of initiative in their management,and the poor understanding of the background culture development of performance management.The final result of the above two premises is the inefficiency of performance management.This paper takes the A company with typical performance management inefficiency as the research goal,because it has the typical characteristics of Chinese enterprises——the small and medium size of enterprises and the nature of their non-public ownership.Through the collection of relevant literature and combined with the study of the actual operation of the A company and its performance management evolution steps,Through the scientific and rigorous analysis process,the fundamental crux of the inefficient performance management of the A company is ignored,and the corresponding reform scheme is given one by one.Through analysis,we have found that we should first set up its principles and logical management objectives to reform and adjust its poor performance management.Secondly,we should embed the concept of performance management A the overall consciousness of the company and set up a cleaner organizational structure.Once again,we should focus on the work of unifying the standards of performance management on the basis of balance,and pay attention to the important principles of its three public ——justice,openness and fairness.The basic premise of the three public is based on effective communication and feedback from the bottom staff,By using the above work,the subjective initiative of the bottom employees can be improved,so that the efficiency of performance management can be improved,and then the core competitiveness of the A company can be achieved.Although this paper takes A company as an example to discuss and study in detail,the fundamental purpose of this study is to provide countermeasures and analysis for the problems existing in the performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises which account for most of the enterprise composition in China.
