For enterprises,performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management work,which can improve the core competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent and promote the rapid and stable development of enterprises.However,due to the lack of understanding of the performance appraisal management theory,many enterprises have inadequate preparation of objective conditions,which often leads to the introduction of many companies that have introduced the performance appraisal system.It has not attracted the attention and active participation of the employees,let alone the company’s performance.Effective improvement.With the advancement of the power system reform,the competition among power companies is becoming increasingly hot.At the same time,the development of society and the advancement of science and technology have made the national economy and people’s lives more dependent on the power supply,and the sensitivity is becoming stronger.The quality and stability requirements are getting higher and higher.County-level power supply enterprises,as the basic energy industry related to people’s livelihood,are shouldering enormous social responsibilities while pursuing economic benefits.Through scientific and effective performance appraisal,it is of great importance to build a team of workers who have attached and served the strategic goals of the enterprise,have strong execution ability and high work efficiency,and have an important role in the efficient performance of power supply enterprises.H Power Supply Bureau is a large-scale power supply enterprise under Guangdong Power Grid Co.,Ltd.Currently,it has a total of 4,500 employees.It has six county(district)power supply bureaus in Huicheng,Boluo,Huiyang,Huidong,Zhongkai and Daya Bay.The company entrusted the management of the Longmen Power Supply Bureau(subsidiary).Due to the existence of institutional mechanisms,such as outdated management concepts,imperfect incentive mechanisms,and inadequate performance appraisal,it has become the main contradiction in the performance and development of the H Power Supply Bureau.The performance appraisal system of the enterprise needs to be improved and optimized.This paper takes H power supply bureau as the main research object.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and international related research and finds the achievements and research deficiencies of this research at home and abroad.At the same time,it summarizes the relevant theories of employee performance appraisal,and provides sufficient theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Then,through the collection of public data,interviews and questionnaires are sent to relevant personnel,and the performance of H power supply bureaus in departments and employees The status quo and problems in the assessment are analyzed.At present,the H power supply bureau mainly has problems such as unscientific assessment target setting,lack of scientific setting of assessment indicators,insufficient objective and fair performance evaluation,and lack of sufficient communication in the overall performance management system.And in-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems in the H power supply bureau in combination with the internal and external environment it faces.Finally,based on the current status of performance appraisal of H Power Supply Bureau and its problems in the aspect,based on the relevant literature,relevant theories and the actual situation of H Power Supply Bureau,this paper proposes the performance of H Power Supply Bureau in the performance of employees.The principles,ideas,measures,and steps to improve and perfect the assessment and the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of this series of principles and ideas.The paper summarizes the research of the full text,and puts forward the research shortcomings of this paper and the follow-up scholars’ research prospects in this aspect.
