Under the background of The Times when all walks of life take the Internet and big data as the "wind outlet",an emerging technological change with the theme of "intelligent manufacturing" is set off on a global scale.In order to adapt to the development of the world economy,China has launched the "made in China 2025" strategy and put forward the strategic goal of building an innovative country in a short period of time,hoping to leave a strong imprint on China in the new picture of technological revolution.In the new era,the development of traditional manufacturing industry will become difficult,especially in the home appliance industry.The traditional home appliance industry can no longer face future challenges,so it must optimize the product structure,increase intelligent research and development,and layout the global market to improve the core competitiveness.Robot is the core equipment of the strategy of "intelligent manufacturing" and the hot spot of the new round of scientific and technological revolution.It has great development potential in the Chinese market.However,most advanced robot technologies are mastered by foreign enterprises.This article uses the literature research,quantitative analysis and case study method with the method of summarizing the research achievements of predecessors,from mergers and acquisitions performance related concepts and theory,combined with the m&a performance evaluation method to build the improvement of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system,as a result of the traditional balanced scorecard mainly applies to the performance evaluation of enterprise daily,is no targeted on m&a performance,if not improved to use the balanced scorecard performance evaluation of mergers and acquisitions,the performance and the daily management of the enterprise m&a performance can not be distinguished,on this basis,based on the balanced scorecard can improve the m&a performance index system,The entropy method is selected to determine the index weight,and the empirical analysis is made on the m&a party from three aspects: management synergy performance,business synergy performance and financial synergy performance.Robots based on the merger and acquisition of midea group Germany enterprise library card to the domestic home appliance industry as an example,the typical mergers firstly introduced the general situation of the enterprise mergers and acquisitions both sides,merger and acquisition process and m&a motivation,then based on the design principle of m&a performance index system,selection of midea group performance evaluation indicators,on the one hand,from the management synergy,management synergy,financial synergy effect three dimensions to analysis summary of the synergies of after the merger,on the other hand USES the entropy value method to determine index weight,use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to calculate score results,thus to improve the balanced scorecard under three dimension score results for analysis.Finally,the conclusion and enlightenment are drawn from this case.After the merger,midea group shows different degree of integration effect in the three dimensions of management coordination,operation coordination and financial coordination.The combination with kuka makes midea group obtain positive effect.At the same time,it summarizes some methods for Chinese enterprises to carry out overseas m&a in the future,so as to enhance the integration effect in different stages after m&a,gain experience and lessons from the m&a case of midea group,avoid risks,strengthen integration,and achieve strategic objectives.
