In recent years,China's economic development has been generally steady.China is in the new normal mode of economic development.In order to fully stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and innovation wisdom of the people,premier Keqiang Li has put forward economic guidelines to inject strong impetus into China's new economic development with "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Zhejiang,with hangzhou bay as the development center,has a strong zhejiang business culture,encourage grassroots economy,support and encourage private enterprises to innovate and upgrade.In the unique environmental advantages and the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises policy preferences,zhejiang science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises such as mushrooming is full of vitality.Numerous small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises took root and sprouted in zhejiang,which absorbed numerous excellent innovative talents,absorbed local redundant labor force,and promoted the development of local economy with private capital.But small and mid-sized enterprise itself development foundation is weak,and most need to rely on policy support,at the same time,many small and mid-sized enterprise is facing a shortage of capital chain,competing,transformation and upgrading of technology needs to be a challenge.Faced with these challenges,many small and medium-sized technology enterprises in order to become bigger and stronger began to seek ways to enhance competitiveness.In order to give full play to their competitive advantages,these enterprises began to emphasize the internal management efficiency,and introduced the organizational performance evaluation system into the enterprise,hoping to improve the enthusiasm of employees through performance evaluation,and seek for the development advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise from the feedback of performance evaluation results,and seek for the improvement of the future development of the enterprise.This paper will take a zhejiang small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology as the breakthrough point,analysis the development status of the company,mainly combined with its own resources including human capital,technological advantages,market development and financial operation of the actual situation,according to the characteristics of small and mid-sized enterprise match the balanced scorecard model,on the basis of targeted research organization of the enterprise performance evaluation,and feedback through the performance evaluation results for the ascension of the enterprise strategy.
