Research On The Public Space Design Of Qingdao Binhai Village Under The Interactive Concept

As an organic part of Chinese villages,Seaside villages have their own unique spatial features.Under the background of "new normal" in China’s current economic and social development,more and more attention has been paid to the inheritance and regeneration of villages and the renewal and protection of village space.At the same time,the construction of "beautiful villages" promoted the development of Seaside villages and strengthened the protection of ecological civilization of Seaside villages.In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that "the integration of urban and rural areas,and the building of beautiful villages,especially traditional villages,should be well protected." As a result,the protection of traditional villages has become more and more theoretical,policy and practical,gradually attracted the attention of the whole country in various fields,especially the study of the villages of Seaside villages rose to a new height,taking the policy outline of marine development highlighted in the report of the 19 th National Congress as an opportunity,the village of Seaside villages is attracting more attention across the country.In 2018,during a visit to Shandong Province,General Secretary Xi Jinping said,"I have always had such a belief in building a strong maritime country.Developing the marine economy and marine scientific research is an important aspect of our strategy to strengthen our country,and we must do a good job of it." Seaside villages have become a new focus in the development of villages in China,and the spatial renewal of Seaside villages is facing new opportunities and challenges.On the other hand,in the process of industrialization and rapid urbanization,many problems have arisen in Seaside villages,such as the weakening of village characteristics,the "hollowing out" of villages,the difficulty of maintaining the historical and cultural heritage,and the incompatibility between new buildings and traditional buildings,in particular,the decline of public space is not only an important problem for the villages of Seaside villages,but also an important reason for the lack of vitality of the villages of Seaside villages.As an important part of Jiaodong peninsula and the representative of Seaside villages,Qingdao is particularly outstanding in this respect.In recent years,scholars have made more and more researches on Seaside villages,and have made excellent achievements in different aspects.However,on the whole,most of these researches are based on top-downtransmission design method dominated by technical elites,among them,the use and experience of public space,especially from the perspective of the interaction between people and space analysis less.This paper attempts to analyze the design of Seaside villages public space by introducing the interactive design concept,and through field research,public participation,public behavior analysis,with a view to Seaside villages public space problems to solve the way to put forward some useful exploration and thinking.This paper consists of the following six chapters:The first chapter,introduction: it mainly explains the current village related policies,and explains the research object,research content,scope and methods of coastal villages,and makes clear the purpose and significance of the research.In the second chapter,the related theory research extracts the relationship between human and space from the theory of figure-ground relationship,the theory of behavior place,the theory of relevance coupling,the theory of ecological perception,the theory of humanism and the theory of hierarchy of needs,it is the theoretical support for the design of the common space of the seaside village in Houwengong.The third chapter,Qingdao coastal villages public space characteristics and problems analysis: from the diachronic and consensus two aspects of Qingdao coastal villages research,analysis of coastal villages public space characteristics and problems.The fourth chapter,the design strategy under the interactive concept: according to the problems of the public space of coastal villages,the specific analysis,summed up the new design strategy,in order to make contributions to the space transformation of coastal villages.Chapter five,the optimization design of the public space of Qingshan fishing village under the interactive design strategyChapter six,conclusion and prospect.
