Research On The Current Situation Evaluation And Renewal Strategy Of Public Space In Traditional Villages In Xingtai City

Traditional villages have a long history of farming civilization,exquisite architectural skills and splendid historical features.As an important part of the village,public space maintains the communication and exchange of ideological values and concepts in the daily life of villagers,and also provides a site for carrying the historical memory of the village.But with the continuous advancement of the modernization and urbanization process in our country,a lot of problems have emerged in the development of village public space,which are manifested in such aspects as:the destruction of the traditional texture leading to the loss of original style,insufficient construction of all kinds of infrastructure leading to the decline of spatial quality,and the outflow of population leading to the loss of spatial vitality.With the development of social economy and the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural areas,the villagers have put forward higher requirements in life quality and cultural spirit.Therefore,it is urgent to update the public space of traditional villages.For the public space of traditional villages in Xingtai City,how to carry out orderly and targeted renewal is the focus of current work.Therefore,this paper constructs an evaluation system based on the current situation of the public space of traditional villages in Xingtai City,and further studies the path and strategy of protecting and updating the public space of traditional villages according to the evaluation results,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the first five batches of traditional villages in Xingtai City as the research object,and uses literature reading method,field investigation method,multidisciplinary intersection method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods to conduct in-depth research,and then establishes the evaluation system of traditional village public space,and proposes specific public space renewal strategies.The paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first part defines the concepts of traditional villages and public space,combs and analyzes the theoretical concepts of village public space at home and abroad,and expounds the domestic and foreign research results on the attributes,types and updates of public space,which provides the theoretical basis for the following part.The second part analyzes the distribution characteristics and overall form of traditional villages,elicits the elements of public space from three aspects:point,line and surface.Through a large number of field research,it puts forward three aspects:the decline,lack of quality and low vitality of traditional public space,so as to enter into the research on the evaluation of the status quo of public space.The third part uses analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)and Delphi method,and combines the current situation of public space with the current situation of public space,summarizes the research of other scholars on the evaluation of public space,and constructs the current situation evaluation system of public space of traditional villages in Xingtai.The evaluation system includes 3 first-level evaluation indexes of the criterion layer,9 second-level evaluation indexes of the subcriterion layer,and 31 third-level evaluation indexes of the scheme layer.On this basis,the status quo of public space of traditional villages in Xingtai was evaluated,and the evaluation results were divided into three levels to analyze the reasons for the status difference,which was used as the basic data support for the research of public space renewal strategy.In the fourth part,based on the evaluation results of the current status of public space,three renewal principles are proposed,namely,context continuation,orderly renewal and villagers’ participation.From three aspects of traditional spatial style,spatial quality and spatial vitality,specific optimization strategies are proposed for the public space of traditional villages in Xingtai City according to the rating of villages.
