Economic reform promotes the prosperity and development of market economy.At the same time,enterprises must face the opportunities and challenges brought by the reform.In recent years,China’s construction industry is developing rapidly,many construction enterprises hope to seize the opportunity to develop rapidly.Facing the fierce market competition,construction enterprises must solve the primary problems of homogeneity and conservative management mode.Engineering construction is an indispensable part of construction enterprises.Only by strictly managing the whole process of construction,can enterprises truly maximize their benefits.The project manager is the main responsible person in the whole process of the project construction.He undertakes all the rights,responsibilities and obligations in the construction process to ensure the smooth and timely construction of the project.Project managers take enterprise development as their own goal conscientiously,which can really bring more benefits to construction enterprises.Therefore,construction enterprises need to formulate their own management system and adhere to the optimization reform,in order to rationally arrange labor,save construction costs and ensure the quality of the project.In this paper,on the basis of the incentive theory,using literature research,field interviews and other research methods,the incentive mechanism of project manager in H construction enterprise is studied in depth.Firstly,through the analysis of the actuality of project manager incentive in H construction enterprise,this paper puts forward the problems and causes of the incentive mode of project manager in H construction enterprise.Secondly,from five aspects: improving the performance appraisal system of project managers,improving the incentive mechanism of salary and welfare of project managers,improving the incentive effect of Vocational training,perfecting the selection and career development system of project managers,and establishing non-material incentive mechanism,the improvement scheme of incentive mechanism of project managers is put forward.The focus of this paper is to build a scientific and effective incentive mechanism,enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of project managers,and implement thedevelopment concept of "high,precise,cutting-edge" of H Company.At the same time,this paper can provide reference for similar construction enterprises to improve the incentive mechanism of project managers and improve the project operation effectiveness.
