Research On The Planning And Design Strategy Of The High-density Old Community Three-dimensional Garden

Although urbanization expansion has driven social development,it has also exacerbated the pressure on urban population,land resources,ecological environment and food supply,and has resulted in complex social contradictions.These problems are particularly serious about high-density old communities and threaten the physical and mental health of residents.Faced with this situation,urban areas,especially urban high-density old communities,urgently need to find new effective countermeasures,community three-dimensional gardens are the timely response to the above crux.Therefore,this study will update the community space environment,activate the social atmosphere,provide a green and healthy lifestyle through the planning and design of the three-dimensional community gardens,and provide a comprehensive strategy for the life,production and ecological development of high-density old communities.The full-text study can be understood as the renewal of the old community with the community three-dimensional farm as the medium.The renewal content includes the transformation of the material space and social governance and activation.First,based on the recognition of the current status of research and practice at home and abroad,the research direction and content of the old community space and social renewal are clarified.Then,it corresponds to the primary framework of the research on the planning design method and management operation mechanism of building a three-dimensional community farm.It further clarifies the horizontal and vertical spatial dimensions and five specific types of community three-dimensional farms,and fully discusses the related cases of three-dimensional farms in old communities,and expounds the relevant technical and functional characteristics applicable to three-dimensional farms.On the basis of theoretical research,this article has launched the practical exploration of high-density old community three-dimensional farms in the actual planting project of Zhusigang Community,Yuexiu District,Guangzhou City.Through field investigations and series of planting projects,we can identify and analyze the existing problems and obstacles to community planting,and provide a reliable basis for planning and design strategies.Based on the results of theoretical and literature research,case analysis and practical exploration,it is proposed that the physical space is the basic framework,pluralistic co-governance and public participation are the core approaches,the management and operation mechanism is the continuous driving force,the professional technology is the important support,and the policies and regulations are powerful Ensuring and implementing the three-dimensional community garden planning and design strategy as a necessary process in stages.Finally,focus on applying the first four points of the strategy to the Zhusigang community planning and design to solve practical problems of the community and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical results.Overall,the research in this paper is the renewal of old communities based on community three-dimensional farms.The renewal content includes the transformation of material space and social governance and activation.Community three-dimensional farms not only provide places and atmosphere for neighborhood exchanges,enrich community life and create a sense of community identity,but also satisfy the self-sufficiency of daily fresh vegetables and fruits of community residents,while improving the community ecological environment.It is not only a useful supplement to the urban community agricultural theory,but also provides ideas and practical reference for the activation of the space environment and community atmosphere of high-density old communities in China.
