With the development of economy and increase of the urban population, there are many social problems in our city.In modern city, citizen lack communication and the community identity.Miniature community libraries play the role of urban living room.High quality community library will provide the opportunity for people to learn and exchange places, thus becoming the key to enhance community awareness, enhance the sense of belonging to the community residents, and guide the healthy development of the community.Through the discovery of a large number of research communities in Beijing, although part of the district set up a small library, but scale is too small and level of service is not enough.Compared with the developed countries,we can found that there was a big gap between the popularization, the scale and the scope of service.Self-help book lending machine.is a way to make up.However,self-help books impact by the outside environment, few kind of book, inconvenient for the elderly,is not a good way to popularize reading. In the traditional style, the library is fixed and static. It provides a place for people to read books. This will inevitably be constrained by environmental and financial policies and other aspects. If we combine the "event" character of the public art and the static function of the library,we can produce a new type of community library. Thus,we can establish the model of community library system. In the traditional library system, the library is fixed, the whole system is static. But the new system introduces dynamic factors to enhance the residents' interest in reading.Mobile library can activate some community's rigid public space,it can promote the communication between residents when they participate some reading activity and enhance the sense of belonging to the community residents.
