At present,China Civil Aviation has more than 3300 aircraft,more than 100 aviation companies and more than 8,000 employees.And double-digit annual growth rate.AVIC predicts that the number of general aviation aircraft in China will increase more than 5000 sorties by 2020,with a new market value of nearly 60 billion U.S.dollars.In addition,China's aircraft development and manufacturing enterprises now have the ability to independently develop,obtain foreign airworthiness certification and export,the production delivered a large number of General Aircraft,occupy a certain market share.Therefore,China's aircraft industry has a booming development opportunity.This article mainly from the international airlines analyze the domestic political,economic and social environment Competition structure and other external environmental factors to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by A Airline in the development of the company.Rely on the analysis of the company's product composition,human structure,and sales ability,production technology capabilities,the company's financial position and the company's value chain Analysis of the internal resource capabilities,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the competitiveness of A Airline.Based on the analysis of the internal is adopted,and the strategic positioning of the company is adopted to formulate the development strategy of A Airline.Furthermore,it designs the development strategies and development strategies of A Airline and implements the effective strategies for the internal and external environment facing the company so as to ensure the realization of the development strategy of A Airline.
