Research On The Development Course Of Aviation Industry Education In People’s Republic Of China（1949～1978）

During the early years of the founding of the People’s Republic of China（PRC）China’s aviation industry and education were established and developed under the background of the fight against external aggression for national independence.China’s aviation industry education has gone through a great amount of difficulties and obstacles,but has gained achievements in all stages,embarking on a path of running schools with particular Chinese characteristics.The current research is divided into four sections,including the introduction,the overview of modern aviation education development,the research on the characteristics and pattern of aviation industry education development before the Reform and Opening-up（1949-1978）,and the research on how did the aviation education support aviation industry development before the Reform and Opening-up.In the process of investigating the development of aviation industry education in China,the researcher focused on how aviation industry education promoted the country’s aviation industry in the early stages of the Reform and Opening-up,training aviation talents who has played an important role in the development of aviation industry.Training leading and technical professionals plays an important role in the development of aircraft models and the establishment of enterprises in the aviation industry.The technical support provided by aviation industry education,including scientific research and inventions leading by China’s aviation colleges and institutes of aviation industry,effectively supported the development of aviation industry during this period.Looking back on the development of aviation education since the founding of PRC,which has attached great importance to the training of talents in aviation colleges and universities.The current research is based on the combination of the characteristics of aviation colleges and universities in each industry,talents training and development.The aviation industry education before the Reform and Opening-up was consistent with the development of the country’s aviation industry.After the founding of PRC,the aviation industry and its education were in a period of inception and gradual establishment and development.Talents training,scientific research and various fields of support promoted the development of aviation education.In the 70 years since the founding of PRC,countless aviation industry workers have slowly forged from the foundation of education.The period from the 1950s to the early 1960s was characterised by start-up and rapid development;from the middle and late 1960s to the 1970s,the country explored and advanced through twists and turns;the period of recovery and revitalisation was from the 1980s to the end of the 20th century;during the period of rise and rapid development in the first 10 years of the 21st century,the country finally entered the ranks of aviation power.Since the founding of PRC,the development of aviation education has continued to flourish,and the development of aviation industry has also been on the rise.Moreover,the aviation higher education has significantly promoted the development of the country’s aviation industry,which has also laid a solid foundation for the development of further aviation industry.With the dominance of talent training and patriotism,China has gradually moved forward like a modern socialist power.To become a powerful aviation country,the most important thing is to start with aviation education,persevere and work hard.Therefore,studying the developmental process of the country’s advance aviation education after the founding of PRC,especially since the Reform and Opening-up,will help understand the history of the country’s aviation industry development,and the researcher and policymaker can sum up the experience and make positive contributions to the development of China’s aviation industry.
