The basic characteristics of China's economic development in the new era have shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.The construction industry is an important pillar of China's national economy,however,it still has problems with crude emissions,high energy consumption,and heavy pollution.Therefore,promoting green development,transformation and upgrading of the construction industry has become an urgent task that requires research and practice.Due to its advantages such as "energy saving and emission reduction,green construction",assembly buildings will surely become the choice for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.As China's assembly buildings are in their infancy,they still face many problems.The focus of this thesis is: In an environment where challenges and chances coexist,what should L Assembly Industrial Corporation Limited do to integrate its own development,control the opportunities,avoid risks,and formulate a sustainable development strategy suitable for the company to maintain its steady development.Based on the research of relevant literature domestic and abroad,this article expounds the relevant theories and analytical tools for the research of the strategy of assembly-building enterprises,and takes L Assembly Industrial Corporation Limited as a case to study the formulation and selection of its development strategies.First of all,this thesis combs the relevant theoretical basis and integrates the relevant literature domestic and abroad.On this basis,to analyze the external and competitive environment which L Assembly Industrial Corporation Limited was facing,this article uses the PEST analysis method and Porter's "Five Forces" model.Secondly,taking the first specific project in the region that uses assembly construction as an example,it raised 15 outstanding problems encountered in the project from design,production,transportation,installation to completion,and thus summarized the company's own development deficiencies.The SWOT analysis analyzes four dimensions,including advantages,disadvantages,challenges and chances faced by this company,and finally determines the its development model with the SO model as the main and WO model as the supplement.Combined with the above analysis,re-plan the guiding ideology and development positioning of L Assembly Industrial Corporation Limited,then further refine the SWOT analysis conclusions,and finally put forward the company's development direction and development strategy.Eventually,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,this paper puts forward corresponding guarantee measures from the aspects of management system,production cost,corporate culture,human resources,brand building,etc.The research of this thesis has promoted the further development of L Assembly Industrial Corporation Limited,and has a certain reference function for the development of other companies in the assembly construction industry.
