Culture is the foundation of a country's development.the development of enterprises also need to rely on the guidance of culture.In essence,corporate culture is a kind of spiritual culture.It is the soul and core values of an enterprise survival.Therefore,enterprises should strengthen the construction of corporate culture and actively cultivate the connotation of core values of enterprises.The development of an enterprise is also a process of taking its essence and removing its dregs.In the process of development,it is necessary to eliminate the dross in time,reform and innovate,and constantly create a new enterprise management mode,so as to provide a good platform for the construction of corporate culture.Corporate culture is the internal driving force of enterprise development.We can really realize the sound and rapid development of enterprises only by attaching importance to the construction of corporate culture,.The construction of corporate culture system is not an empty shell,but a process of improving corporate culture.In order to enhance the popularity of enterprises in society and enhance their advantages,we must vigorously promote the construction of corporate culture and inject continuous vitality into the construction of corporate culture.The research of this dissertation is based on the corporate culture construction of HR concrete manufacturing company.Relying on the main line of HR corporate culture,it runs through the full text,and puts forward optimization countermeasures for the problems existing in the construction of HR corporate culture,so as to provide some guidance for the construction of corporate culture of relevant enterprises in China.On the basis of consulting relevant books and documents,many scholars in our country also refer to the scheme mode of corporate culture construction of foreign concrete manufacturing companies,and compare it with domestic enterprises,so that it can be combined with corporate culture construction scheme of domestic enterprises.The dissertation mainly uses questionnaire survey and interview to study the connotation of HR corporate culture.The field of culture is divided into four modules:spirit,system,behavior and material.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the dissertation comprehensively analyses the main scheme of HR corporate culture construction,and puts forward constructive suggestions on the basis of theory,so as to make the internal construction of HR corporate culture more perfect and reasonable.With the continuous development of social economy,the role of corporate culture in the development of enterprises is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,Chinese enterprises should attach importance to the important role of corporate culture in the innovation and development of enterprises,which will open up a new way for the development of corporate culture,and give full play to the core connotation of our corporate culture.The role of industry culture,so as to achieve sound and rapid development of enterprises.
