| Corporate culture is a hidden wealth formed in the long-term operation process of an enterprise,and it is the key to maintain the endogenous power of the enterprise.As one of the top five airlines in China,SZ aviation has been exploring and advancing in the field of civil aviation.Over the past 20 years,it has grown from scratch and from weak to strong.However,with the rapid development of market economy and policy changes at home and abroad,SZ Airlines is facing great survival pressure.At this time,corporate culture,as the core force of enterprise management and enterprise innovation,has attracted more and more attention,and it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on it.This paper takes SZ airlines as the research object,takes the four levels structure of corporate culture as the theoretical basis,and studies the corporate culture of SZ airlines with the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.It is found that there are various problems in the construction of corporate culture,such as the material needs of employees are not met,the company has a high degree of centralization,the employees lack of independent decision-making power,and the promotion channel is unfair Even,corporate culture is too fragmented and lack of reasonable and effective measures to help the implementation of corporate culture and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following improvement strategies: improve service quality,promote SZ aviation to form brand culture;adhere to people-oriented,give full play to people’s dynamic role;create cultural field from the perspective of materialization of concept and activity ceremony;accelerate the deep penetration of corporate culture;carry out flat organizational structure reform;change the appointment mechanism of enterprise leaders,and change the appointment mechanism of enterprise leaders In the process of corporate culture construction,we should adhere to the guidance of Party building,clarify the internal corporate culture,and highlight the corporate culture Cultural core;implement effective cultural management to help SZ aviation enterprise culture landing.As one of the five major airlines in China,SZ Airlines is controlled by state-owned enterprises,which is representative in the civil aviation industry.On the one hand,it is helpful to supplement the literature research on the state-owned holding airlines and enrich the research objects of corporate culture.On the other hand,the problems of corporate culture construction of SZ aviation may exist in other airlines In addition,as an airline located in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,SZ Airlines is facing a great opportunity of "dual zone driving".Under this background,the research on corporate culture optimization will help SZ airlines to achieve greater achievements and provide ideas. |
