The corporate culture often has been considered as an important component of core competitiveness of enterprises.The good corporate culture is conducive to create good work atmosphere.It is also beneficial to motivate employee strongly and to accelerate the development of enterprises.However,how to apply research findings of the corporate culture to some specific situation is a contingency problem.Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry,the construction industry has more specific characteristics such as diversified,dynamic which runs through the whole process of projects.Based on the case of Langfang manufacturing of BJ ZJ company,this paper studies how to build and use the corporate culture to promote the development of the construction industry.This case proposes the study of the corporate culture and development.Langfang manufacturing base group ranks the twenty-seventh among the world's top 500 companies.The manufacturing base in Langfang since its inception in 2011,has formed a certain corporate culture,such as the construction of the northern manufacturing company's vision,the most responsible for the government Zuojin,for the benefit of the people,to create value for shareholders,provide a stage for employees' mission.However,the existing corporate culture programme was revised 5 years ago.With the intensification of market competition and the deepening of the marketization of state-owned enterprises,the corporate culture is not suitable for the macro and micro environment.Based on this contradiction,this case discusses how to build the cultural base of the manufacturing base in Langfang,so as to occupy the dominant position in the long-term development of the company.Based on the existing literature,this paper reviews the definition of corporate culture.This paper divides the corporate culture into four dimensions: material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture,to analyze the present situation of the cultural construction of the manufacturing base in Langfang.The questionnaire and interview data and based on the data,we find that Langfang manufacturing base of the enterprise culture has the following problems:(1)performance management and salary incentive system should be improved;(2)the communication mechanism and channel short board etc..Based on the above analysis,from the horizontal dimension,this paper puts forward four solutions to strengthen the material and cultural protection of enterprises,and improve the construction of enterprise behavior.The construction of enterprise culture is a long-term process,this paper puts forward three stages of the construction of enterprise culture in Langfang from the vertical dimension.In this paper,we focus on the key points,difficulties and Countermeasures of enterprise culture construction in each stage.The contribution to the practice of enterprise culture are as follows: firstly,through combing the theory of corporate culture,combined with the characteristics of China construction industry,this paper analyzes how corporate culture influences the development of enterprises in a particular situation.Secondly,for the manufacturing base in Langfang,the analysis and Countermeasures of this paper will be the important reference for the construction of enterprise culture,and enhance the core competitiveness of the product market competition.
