| Along with the economy globalization revolution&technology innovation development and customers’ requirements variety&personalization day by day,enterprises have been expanding market occupancy with new products developed in endlessly;so the products diversification has become an inexorable trend.Automobile manufacturing enterprises have been paying more attention on engine quality,frequent engine type change,engine deformation and other solution to expand engine types along with the launch of new products continuously in order to make a subversive change of engine production and organization pattern.To meet the market demand,various small volume production patterns now have been substituted the traditional mass production pattern,so production line balance issue becomes prominently.This paper firstly introduces engine assembly line generation,production line balance R&D history and domestic&abroad current research situations,assembly line balance related theory&methodology research,work measurement,5S management and other relative industrial engineering and LP(lean production)theory and methodology.Here set a study object of NAVECO SOFIM engine assembly line deep analysis to conclude main influence factors for the engine assembly line unbalance,and inspect the qualified operator assembly work in scene to analyze and manage Data to confirm each work procedure producing pace to establish working hours balance wall;and with these to confirm assembly line bottleneck process and other problem process.To optimize and improve the bottleneck process and other problem process by industry engineering technology and methodology;meanwhile to optimize the production scene work process and improve scene management by using LP production concept and methodology to reduce the production line bottleneck operation hours to be within the standard pace and extend to optimize and improve other assembly line bottleneck process in order to make engine assembly workshop production line work procedure pace balance,that will improve assembly workshop production line whole efficiency,reduce the waste during production progress to improve enterprise management efficiency. |
