In the process of automobile manufacturing,it requires complex technical support and process flow.In the whole manufacturing process,each process has a specific manufacturing process according to the requirements of the customer’s order to meet the customer’s requirements,after this will get customer trust and market rate.In an increasingly competitive environment,how to be more efficient and better in the entire manufacturing process will determine the future development of the entire enterprise,so each automobile manufacturing company is improving his manufacturing process and optimization.Especially in the last process of total vehicle assembly shop is the hard manufacturing process with the most parts installed and the most production people usage in the entire automobile manufacturing process.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of the assembly process is the most important part of the whole optimization process.The balance of the production line is one of the most important indicators for evaluating the assembly process.Therefore,researching the balance problem of the entire assembly line and designing a fast and effective algorithm in line with the actual production status can better manage the production status of production line and improve efficiency to meet the increasingly fierce competitive environment.Based on the production status and characteristics of the BMW Brilliance assembly line,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current assembly line and the direction of optimization,and combines some research methods and results for the production line balance problem to the existing production conditions.In the discussion,in the traditional method of production line balance,the discrete differential evolution algorithm is used to analyze the possibility of line balance,and the actual situation is modeled and analyzed.Through the decomposition of the actual production data,using the mathematical model to find the result,and build the new production line balance scheme in the actual production state.At last,confirmed feasibility and high efficiency by small module calculation and large-scale.It has a high guiding significance for the actual solution to the bottleneck station in the assembly process and the efficiency of optimizing the production line.And the feasible solutions that can be obtained through verification can be extended to the manufacturing process,thereby improving the production efficiency of the entire automobile manufacturing process.To analysis and comparison through the example,the modeling and solving process under the discrete differential evolution algorithm provides a quick and convenient optimization method for solving the production line balance problem of the actual state.Also provide direction and specification for the whole process settings and arrangements.It provides a theoretical basis and practical examples for further solving the solution of diversified,multi-configuration and hybrid production lines.It can also provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the optimization of related processes in the automobile manufacturing.
