Research On The Optimization Of Production Processes Of B Company W Product Based On Lean Production

With the rapid development of the economy,the market competition faced by manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,but because the management level and production technology level of the manufacturing industry are not high,the development speed of the manufacturing industry is getting slower and slower,so all kinds of enterprises must make changes if they want to continue to develop.If enterprises want to improve their competitiveness,they must reduce production costs,improve product quality,improve product production efficiency,and increase production capacity.The theory of lean production can meet the needs of enterprises,so more and more enterprises have begun to learn from and apply lean production.In this thesis,the W product production line was investigated by the on-site investigation method and time measurement method,and the time measurement of each process was analyzed,and the problems of on-site management chaos,uneven staff quality,unreasonable production layout,unbalanced production line were analyzed by means of on-site management,uneven staff quality,unreasonable production layout,and then used program analysis,5W1 H analysis method,ECRS principle,two-hand operation analysis,6S on-site management,on-site layout optimization and other methods to optimize the production line.Finally,the implementation of lean production safeguards is established,including leadership support and attention,lean production training,improvement of incentive mechanisms and the implementation of Kanban management.Through the implementation of the optimization program,the failure rate of the machine and the turnover rate of employees will be reduced,the operation proficiency and production initiative of employees will also be rapidly improved,the effective time of production will increase,the production line balance rate is expected to increase from the original 80.6% to 92.9%,and the profit of the enterprise will also increase.The research in this thesis not only has practical value for B Company W products,but also has reference significance for subsequent enterprises to use lean production to optimize production lines.
