In recent years,with the government’s policy support,China’s installed wind power capacity has developed rapidly and has become the world’s largest.However,the rapid development of the wind power industry has also led to the continuous reduction of government subsidies.Therefore,the current manufacturing industry is in a period of low-profit market competition.The key issue facing wind power companies is how to reduce production costs so as to ensure their own profits.As a wind power company,HG Group also faces the problem of reduced profits due to reduced subsidies.This article takes the environmental protection power workshop of HG Group as the research object,combined with the company’s goal of implementing lean production,starting from reducing the production cycle of wind power towers and increasing the balance rate of the production line,a series of improvement plans are designed and implemented gradually,so as to reduce production costs.,The purpose of improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the workshop-related production data collected during the internship,the current value flow chart of the environmental protection power workshop was drawn.Through the analysis of the current value flow diagram of the workshop,the problems that need to be solved urgently in the workshop are clarified.(2)In view of the current problems in the workshop,the improvement plan is designed in combination with lean thinking,which mainly includes three aspects: through the production line balance study,the operation time of the bottleneck process is shortened,the production capacity of each process is balanced,the number of products in progress is reduced,and the number of products is increased.Production efficiency;in order to achieve the goal of process-based production,a pulltype improvement plan was designed to avoid unnecessary waiting and waste and shorten the production cycle;according to the actual situation of the current workshop,a layout optimization model was established to solve the high cost of material handling And logistics disorder.(3)In order to test the implementation effect of the improvement plan,use Flexsim software to simulate the environmental protection power workshop before and after the improvement.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it can be known that the improved workshop model is in good condition and meets the expected goals,and the improvement plan has a certain degree of implementability.Through the analysis of the Flexsim simulation results and the partial implementation effects,it can be seen that the improvement plan has a certain degree of feasibility and can provide a certain reference for other related enterprises in the process of promoting lean improvement. |
