Automobile engine is the core component of an automobile.Due to the management level,production process and other issues,the production of automobile engine in domestic enterprises isn't enough,which becomes the key restriction factor for the development of the vehicle manufacturing in China.Production process optimization is the important way to improve capacity.Through process optimizations it can reduce waste and time,improve labor productivity,and ultimately improve capacity.For automobile engine production line,the key process is engine assembly and test,so the key way to improve production capacity is to optimize the assembly process and testing process.In this paper,taking automobile engine manufacturing enterprises of H company as an example,the TOC theory,5W1H,ECRS principle as well as lean production are thought to H company engine production line production process and site management optimization,put forward the optimization measures of the automobile engine assembly line,test bed H company and 5S site management improvement measures.This article first summarizes the production capacity,process optimization,production site management of the current situation of the development of the theory and practice at home and abroad,put forward in this paper,the research content and structure.Second,the paper analyzes the production capacity related concepts,focus on the production line balance,bottleneck theory,lean production,the principle of ECRS,5 wlh technology such as the theory and methods of production capacity,to provide theoretical research and applied basic research of this paper.Third,the current situation of H company engine production line and the analysis of existing problems.Study of the overall layout of the engine production workshop;Comparing the actual capacity of the engine and the gap between target capacity;Analysis of the engine assembly line process and technological process,the actual situation of form a complete set of logistics and work process of engine test bed.Summarizes the problems existing in the engine production line;Using lean production rhythm method to determine the engine assembly and test bed of bottleneck process,and analyze the reasons.Fourth,based on IE method H company car engine production line capacity promotion measures are put forward.The goal of production capacity,production capacity,up from 74000 units/year 85000 units per year.Using the method of 5 wlh questions the facility layout of the assembly line is optimized;Using the method of 5 wlh and ECRS workstation of the assembly line process and working process of the test bed is optimized;5 s field management method based on lean production to improve engine production site management.Contrast before and after the optimization of H company engine production line production capacity,capacity of production line,production efficiency,balance rate were evaluated.Finally,to summarize the full text,the future research direction was forecasted.
