State-owned enterprises are enterprises that embody the will of the state.As the pillars of the state-owned economy,they play a leading role in supporting,guiding and driving the social and economic development,and they are exerting the control and influence of the state-owned economy.The driving force has an irreplaceable position.As a reliable force for the state to deal with emergencies and an important guarantee for resisting social and political risks,it is an important economic foundation for the CPC to govern.This special status determines that,Compared with the general enterprises,it also bears more social responsibility than the ordinary enterprises.Therefore,at the present stage,it is necessary to discuss and study the problems related to the social responsibility of the state-owned enterprises.Will economic development and social stability has far-reaching practical significance.As a basic element and an important part of the state-owned economy,the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises is political and overall,which basically shows as ensuring social stability and progress,solving the macro-control function in employment and economic responsibility.From the micro point of view,as an enterprise,the economic responsibility to realize profits,the legal requirements of operating according to law,environmental protection,quality leading,customer first,supporting public welfare,business ethics are all its necessary social responsibility;As far as the internal organization of enterprises is concerned,employees are the greatest wealth and the greatest responsibility of the enterprises.Needless to say,while the state-owned enterprises are playing an important role,there are also institutional rigidities and lack of management.Good,weak vitality,low efficiency,thus causing varying degrees of damage to the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders such as social environment,enterprise employees,social public,consumers,etc.Therefore,the development of state-owned enterprises is not only about themselves,Its social responsibility is related to the common interests of the whole society,and needs the joint efforts of the whole society.This paper takes Inner Mongolia Daihai Power development limited liability company to grow as an example,is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,this paper points out the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad and the research methods;the second part is the related theory and content of stakeholder theory and social contract theory as the basis for the analysis,and pointed out that state-owned enterprises social responsibility development process and the significance of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises;the third part is the Daihai Power Company currently practicing state-owned enterprises social responsibility problem analysis,through the practice of social responsibility status of Daihai Power companies found the existing problems,and according to these problems are put forward The 4th part is the countermeasures of implementing the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in Daihai power generation,and the 5th part is the assumption and experiment of the "culture-economic-environment-society" four-in-one responsibility strategy of Haihai power generation company.The conclusion in 6th is expected to provide some theoretical support for the state-owned enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility through the study of this paper.
