Research On Social Contribution Evaluation Of CSCEC

In recent years,favorable economic situation and national policies have provided a good environment and development space for the development of the construction industry.With the social responsibility theory gradually gaining popularity,enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,should create cost value for stakeholders while creating profits to ensure the long-term development and operation of enterprises.Enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,should also take advantage of the benefits brought by this special identity subject It is for civil use and for people to undertake corresponding social responsibility and create higher social contribution.As a backbone state-owned enterprise,CSCEC is the largest state-owned construction enterprise and the largest international engineering contractor in China.It is of great significance to study the social contribution of CSCEC to create social wealth and undertake social responsibility.According to stakeholder theory,Social contract theory,social responsibility theory and other theories,this paper uses case analysis,comparative analysis and other analysis methods to construct multiple dimensions including employees,environment,government,society,investors,creditors,customers and suppliers,systematically analyzes the social contribution of CSCEC,and straighten up the above eight aspects of CSCEC society Status and performance of contribution.In terms of data,select multiple indicators for analysis,build an analysis system of social contribution evaluation indicators of data and non-data indicators,and evaluate the performance of social responsibility of CSCEC group.Combined with the comparison of social contribution between the same type of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises of CSCEC group,this paper analyzes the differences between them,and puts forward suggestions to improve the social contribution of CSCEC group.
