With the reform and opening up into the deep water area, the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics presents new characteristics in the new era,From economic achievements to economic production efficiency, from extensive economy to intensive and environmental tolerance. In this important transformation period,as an important participant in economic activities, enterprises are the main undertakers of this important task.Among them,as a giant and benchmark in the enterprise, the large stateowned enterprises, with its state-owned background, unique system, political status and strong voice in many fields, should play a leading role in China’s economic and social transformation and development. When pressure and opportunity coexist, and it is the center of social concern, how to make large state-owned enterprises perform their social responsibilities more comprehensively, effectively and normatively is not only a problem that these enterprises should consider, but also a major problem that the people care about, and also a test of the government’s public management ability and level. The theory of corporate social responsibility originated in the West.In recent years,it has gradually entered China and attracted more and more attention.Among them, the role of large state-owned enterprises is more special. As the pillar of national economy, large state-owned enterprises grasp the lifeblood of national economic development, and their development planning and development trend are related to the national economy and people’s livelihood;as the main driving force of leading economic transformation and social development,Large state-owned enterprises undertake the partial responsibility of the government, playing a leading role in guiding the direction of economic development, and their own particularity determines the social responsibility of large state-owned enterprises is more important than that of ordinary enterprises. Therefore,it is not only the mission and task of the large state-owned enterprise itself, but also the expectation and requirement of the society and the people to complete the economic development goals set by the government, lead the direction of economic development, and safeguard and guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of all stakeholders. From the early days of the founding of new China to more than 40 years of reform and opening up,large state-owned enterprises have made remarkable achievements in development. However,in the new era, there are new challenges and particularities. In the context of the unpredictable international environment and the pressure of domestic economic transformation, and in the context of the general public’s high voice for strengthening corporate social responsibility, the problems and challenges faced by large state-owned enterprises in how to assume social responsibility are more severe. It is imperative to improve the level of social responsibility of large state-owned enterprises. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the social responsibility of large state-owned enterprises and put forward optimization strategies for the problems they are facing.According to the division of asset scale and management authority of state-owned enterprises,China’s state-owned enterprises can be divided into several types.M airline is a large state-owned enterprise in terms of administrative level, industry characteristics, scale and number of employees, and also a typical representative of domestic civil aviation transportation
