| China has 56 ethnic groups,and each ethnic group has its own culture and characteristics.Among the cultural characteristics of the Tujia nationality in western Hunan,an original textile handicraft and its technology have been preserved to this day.This is the Tujia brocade.The Brocade of Tujia accompanied the growth of the Tujia,which recorded the beginning and end of the development of the Tujia.Among them,the pattern that can best describe the change is the pattern woven on the Tujia brocade.The reason why the Tujia brocade is unique is because the unique aesthetics and craftsmanship of the Tujia people show the brocade pattern to the extreme.Taking the picture pattern of tujia brocade in western hunan as the main research target,this paper USES the methods of field investigation,literature analysis and case study to understand that the unique geographical location,ethnic customs and cultural beliefs of western hunan are the basic reasons for the formation of tujia brocade in western hunan.Through reading a large number of literature,the subject matter of tujia brocade pattern in western hunan is summarized and sorted into three categories: natural object,social culture and geometric characters by means of case comparative study.After further visiting the local area to understand the whole weaving process of tujia brocade,it is found that the weaving technology and tools of tujia brocade in western hunan have a great influence on its shape.According to different weaving techniques,tujia brocade patterns can be divided into plain and twill patterns.The geographical location and historical customs of tujia people near mountains and rivers have created the gorgeous mottled color of tujia brocade.Deep analysis of tujia brocade pattern found that its black and red taboo white color habits and unique aesthetic from the cultural connotation of national characteristics,including worship and belief,folk customs,historical development.By contrast,it is found that with the progress of The Times,the application of tujia brocade pattern has gradually changed from the simple and direct traditional application of the whole to the integration of its color and shape into a single design element into modern design and life.And found that tujia brocade design concept and modern design concept have a lot of similarities.Under the research and discussion of many predecessors and scholars,tujia brocade has made great achievements in the research of historical changes,cultural connotation,artistic characteristics,etc.,which also provides a solid theoretical basis and support for the innovative research of tujia brocade pattern.In this decorative materials graduation design works for the tujia brocade art language in a variety of attempts.First of all,influenced by the contemporary decorative art paintings,this paper makes a new study and attempt on the color collocation and composition of tujia brocade pattern,and creates a tujia brocade pattern decorative paintingconforming to the contemporary simple art style with the contemporary creative thinking.Then combine the artistic language of tujia brocade with modern materials,summarize and extract the most representative graphic elements of the unearthed brocade,and make appropriate adjustments.Combine with wood materials and paper materials to create products with tujia brocade style--skateboards and postcards,so as to promote the protection of traditional culture and realize its activation.Finally,the whole tujia brocade is combined with silver decoration elements,and on the basis of retaining the original artistic features of tujia brocade,silver decoration is added to achieve the visual collision between 2d and 3d. |
