| Since the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,our country has paid more and more attention to construction projects.A number of construction regulations and laws have been revised and promulgated in order to provide a good policy guarantee for the steady and orderly development of China’s construction projects.Accordingly,in order to enhance their business level,most of the construction industries more or less have come into contact with a scientific idea of project management –“Lean Construction”.Lean thinking originated from the manufacturing industry,and has been formally defined as “an production” after research.With the promotion and success of lean production,the idea of "lean" has been introduced into the construction industry,in order to optimize the positive activities in the process of project management,so that the focus of the project management process can be placed on how to improve the efficiency and reduce the waste.Baoji cigarette factory is the largest cigarette processing enterprise in Northwest China.After sorting and studying the construction project of Baoji cigarette factory in the past ten years,this paper extracts the problems in efficiency,investment and construction period.Combined with the actual work of Baoji cigarette factory,the reasons are analyzed and determined.With the idea of lean construction,a more scientific and practical project management scheme for Baoji cigarette factory is designed,and the prophase and process of the project are strictly controlled,striving to achieve the optimization in every part of the project.Based on the experimental method,the design is carried out in the factory and implemented in a transformation project to be verified.When finished,the investment,efficiency,duration and other aspects of the project have been significantly improved.The establishment of lean construction system for construction project which aiming at Baoji cigarette factory not only can further improve the project management mechanism of the enterprises,but also can provide some reference and help for other similar large state-owned manufacturing enterprises. |
