| Safety is the premise of human survival and development.In recent years,the construction industry in China has seen frequent safety accidents and the safety situation is not optimistic.It has also brought a negative impact on the safety of people’s lives,property,and the country’s economic and social development.As an advanced construction method,lean construction is regarded as a sharp edge to solve the problems of extensive production and low efficiency in the construction industry.Once it is put forward,lean construction has attracted continuous attention from scholars.To better prevent the occurrence of construction safety accident,this study explores the concept of lean construction,combining lean thinking with the research of construction safety management,and systematically explores the safety value flow,the key points of management,and implementation countermeasures under lean construction.Based on the above research,this study establishes a safety management mechanism under lean construction(lean safety mechanism),and further explains the operation and guarantee of the mechanism.Firstly,the research status of lean construction and safety management at home and abroad is sorted out.Based on the concept and ideas of lean construction,the definition of safety management under lean construction is put forward,and the differences of safety management under lean construction are pointed out by comparing with traditional safety management in terms of guiding ideology,management purpose,management mode and so on.Based on the lean construction TFV theory,the safety value-added links of construction projects are identified,and the safety value stream under lean construction is built.Second,to find the non-value-added link,the Python crawler is used to get the accident reports on the Website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Website of Safehoo.Based on the TF-IDF algorithm and the LDA algorithm,the key cause analysis of accident cases is made.Through the comparison of the analysis,it is found that the LDA is more suitable for the needs of this research.There are 5 themes of the accident causes such as insufficient safety protection measures,illegal operation and facility defects and 40 corresponding keywords such as safety belt,standard section,slope,tower crane and support.Thirdly,based on the results of algorithm analysis and related literature review,the key points of lean safety management at each stage of the construction project are proposed based on the safety value stream.It includes 7 points such as illegal construction and safety risk assessment in the decision-making stage,safety protection measures in the implementation stage,and illegal operation control and so on.In the analysis of the use stage,the indicator system was constructed based on the "2-4" model of the cause of the accident,and the questionnaire survey was designed as an important supplement.The study proposed three management points: safety awareness,safety inspection and maintenance,and safety publicity and education.Fourthly,according to the key points of lean safety management,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions at each stage are put forward to form specific safety management measures.Under the practice of lean construction,it is proposed to use value stream map analysis,last-level lean safety mode,“lean smart construction site” system,BIM and other technologies to improve the status of safety management and build a stream of lean safety management measure accordingly to provide a basis for the specific implementation.Finally,combined with the full-text research,with human safety needs as a core,lean construction core as the guidance,lean safety value stream,management key points,and measure flow as the structural framework,site,organization,and technology as the implementation basis to build lean safety.The management mechanism enriches the research in the field of lean construction and provides a reference for the safety management practice of construction project. |
