Research On S Company's Water Treatment Operation Scheme Based On Lean Production

As a state-owned enterprise,S company is faced with the difficulties of high labor cost,serious waste and poor competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to using lean production method to design the operation plan of the water treatment system to achieve competitive excellence.This paper takes S company's water treatment system as the research object,uses literature research method,interview investigation and case analysis method to design a targeted operation plan,which is based on lean production management theory and S company's specific conditions.And the plan is certainly in line with the actual situation of the company.It aims to improve the management level,reduce the operation cost,improve the core competitiveness,and provide reference for similar enterprises.First of all,this paper studies the theory of lean production management based on the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis.At the same time,it combines the operation of S company's water treatment system to do the research on the tools in lean production management process.In this paper,it totally introduces four common tools,such as production maintenance,5S management,pull production and personnel incentive.Secondly,this paper from the point of micro view,carries out systematic analysis and research on the actual problems that occurs in the production.It also uses lean production management and case study methods to conduct the value stream analysis,and draw a the problem analysis fish bone diagram to point out the main problems,which is based on the investigation of S company's water treatment operation.Then it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the design of the S company's water treatment system plan,Thirdly,this paper clarifies the objectives and principles,and makes good preparation and overall design,what is as the basis to do the design for the operation plan.It uses the method of lean production management to design the operation scheme from four aspects:process flow,logistics management,personal management and order management.Finally,the paper puts forward continuous improvement methods and guaranteemeasures for the water treatment operation scheme,which provides a strong guarantee for the effective implementation of lean production in S company's water treatment operation scheme.
