The construction industry is important during China’s national economic development,which improves national economy and people’s life.But at the same time,the construction industry safety accidents occur frequently.The safety of workers is damaged,and the families and society are affected.Therefore,how to reduce safety accidents and improve the safety performance of construction project is an urgent research question.Lean construction is to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction.It is proved that it can improve the schedule,cost,quality,sustainability and safety of the project.However,the impact of lean construction technology combination on safety performance and the interaction between lean construction technologies have not been well described.Therefore,through SEM,the influence of lean construction technology on safety performance of domestic construction projects and their mutual influence are explored,and then uses fs QCA to find the best lean construction technology implementation combination to improve safety performance.There are three main parts.Firstly,this paper constructs the measurement scale of lean construction technology and safety performance through hard work,and the scale is good through the test.Then,this paper puts forward hypotheses,constructs the structural equation model,and uses Smart PLS to verify the rationality of the hypotheses.The results show that seven lean construction technologies(Last Planner System,etc.)will improve project safety performance,and there is also a mutual influence between lean construction technologies.Finally,this paper studies the implementation path of different lean construction technologies which can produce high safety performance through fs QCA.The results show that LPS and 6S will make the project produce high safety performance.At the same time,the implementation of Conference management,Visual management and other lean construction technologies will make the result better.
