At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal.Under the background of supply side reform,ZXC group,as an important local energy enterprise,still faces great challenges from the market in order to achieve long-term development in the reform.Therefore,to optimize the performance evaluation index system of catering service in state-owned enterprises is an important guarantee for the long-term development of enterprises.First of all,this paper summarizes the literature about the performance appraisal of catering service at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and contents.Secondly,based on the introduction of performance management,balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process,combined with the actual situation of ZXC group,the paper studies the performance appraisal status of ZXC group's catering service department.This paper analyzes the current situation of the performance evaluation index system of the catering service department by using the method of questionnaire,and points out the problems and reasons of the performance evaluation index system.Thirdly,the performance evaluation index system of ZXC group's catering service department is redesigned.Including the use of BSC and AHP to determine the ZXC group catering service department and its management and grass-roots performance evaluation indicators,weights and evaluation criteria.Finally,from the aspects of feedback and appeal of assessment results,propaganda and mobilization before assessment,optimization of supporting environment of assessment system,optimization of performance assessment system during operation,clear rights and responsibilities,supervision of procurement rights,results display and optimization of comprehensive management methods,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of performance assessment index system.In order to provide reference for the performance evaluation of the same type of group catering service department.
