Research On Differential Game Strategy Of Industry-university-research Collaborative Innovation Considering Government Subsidies

At present,economic globalization is gradually accelerating,and the pace of people's lives and work has become faster and faster.This has led to diversified market demand and the time required for product launches.This puts forward higher requirements for the corresponding speed of enterprises facing the market.In October 2015,Premier Li Keqiang proposed that our country is in the difficult process of converting old and new kinetic energy.As a result,the term "new and old kinetic energy conversion" has become a guiding policy for various industries seeking development.For a company that is constantly growing,how to seek breakthroughs,how to preserve itself in the globalization of the economy and the old and new eras,and how to enter the forefront of the industry are issues that need to be constantly considered.For companies,only by constantly exporting freshness to the market can they ensure that they constantly attract the attention of customers.And the continuous freshness is undoubtedly derived from continuous innovation.As an economic entity that needs to continuously create benefits,enterprises must,on the one hand,ensure the continuity of R & D and innovation,and on the other hand,maintain the stability of production and operation.This requires strong human and financial support for enterprises,and it is also invisible.Increased its burden.Therefore,more and more companies choose to cooperate with universities or scientific research institutions,and gradually form a collaborative innovation alliance of industry,university,and research.The government,as a third-party institution,is also based on the consideration of maximizing social welfare.It also strongly supports collaborative innovation.The government Many related policies and benefits have also been introduced.This paper is based on the establishment of a model of collaborative innovation alliance between enterprises and universities under government subsidies,and uses a game approach to study.The purpose is to provide relevant references for the tripartite rationality and make reasonable suggestions for government subsidy strategies.This paper models three different cooperation situations of industry-university-research cooperation,solves them through HJB equations,and further conducts comparative analysis of calculation examples,and finally draws conclusions and management enlightenment:(1)Compared with government subsidies not joined The profits of enterprises and universities have increased significantly;(2)With the gradual improvement of the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research cooperation and the gradual progress of the R & D process,the government subsidy policy should also gradually change from cost subsidies to product subsidies;The strategy should be significantly better than the cost subsidy strategy;(4)The government plays a very important role in regulating and encouraging the entire collaborative innovation process.Only a moderate subsidy mechanism can play a role in the policy incentives to provide a guarantee for the smooth progress of collaborative innovation.
