As an important research index of resource integration among universities,the efficiency of college education is of great significance to the future development of colleges and universities and to improve the operation level.It is a benign practice for colleges and universities to enrich their own disciplines,concentrate their own innovation advantages,and closely connect research and teaching.So far,50 provinces in Jiangxi Province have been set up as collaborative innovation centers,providing innate conditions for the scientific,diversified and innovative education in Jiangxi Province.These “2011 Collaborative Innovation” universities are undoubtedly excellent conditions for themselves to improve their own education efficiency,and their own advantages will be intensified to the progress of neighboring universities,no matter the structural adjustment of college education in Jiangxi Province.It is also playing an extremely important role in optimizing the educational efficiency and enhancing the visibility of local universities.How to improve the efficiency of their own education and form a stronger competitive advantage for their own superior disciplines has an irreplaceable significance for the development of universities and colleges in Jiangxi Province.PCA principal component analysis is mainly to reduce the dimensionality of data mathematically.Try to find indicators with certain correlation among multiple original indicators,and then recombine these useful correlation indicators into a small but irrelevant group.The composite indicator thus replaces the original indicator.By using PCA principal component analysis,we can not only reflect the information represented by the original variables to the greatest extent,but also ensure that the indicators do not overlap among the models,thus suggesting solutions for improving efficiency.The three-stage DEA model biggest feature of the model is that it can eliminate the impact of non-operating factors(external environmental factors and random factors)on efficiency,so that the estimated efficiency value can more accurately reflect the internal management level of the decision-making unit.This method has been widely used in many industries such as agricultural production,finance,and real estate.Based on the traditional DEA model,the decision-making unit is divided into effective and ineffective by constructing the production front.Through this method,the educational efficiency and ranking of each university can be obtained,and the model can further improve the direction of the university through further optimization.And the optimal decision unit.This paper extracts the corresponding data from the 2015-2016 school education quality report of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,selects 13 “2011 plan” universities for comparative analysis,and selects three input indicators: the number of teachers,the undergraduate special teaching funds,and the total value of teaching equipment.Mainly from the three aspects of people,finances and things.On the other hand,the number of employment,the number of students going abroad,and the number of published documents are three output indicators.The social benefits mainly refer to the employment talents of colleges and universities,the number of colleges and universities who go abroad and the number of published documents.Using PCA and three-stage DEA model to analyze the comprehensive efficiency,scale efficiency and technical efficiency of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,combined with the analysis results,put forward practical suggestions for improving the efficiency of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province.Combined with the above results: the three most efficient efficiencies in the collaborative innovation universities in Jiangxi Province have achieved the efficiency of DEA.Most universities have improved their own efficiency by reducing investment or increasing scientific and technological output,and are at the forefront of production.At the same time,it also found that some schools have redundant research investment and insufficient output.The efficiency level of the collaborative innovation universities in Jiangxi Province has great room for improvement both in scale and in technology.Jiangxi Province needs to control the collaborative innovation management of colleges and universities,and needs to pay attention to it.The shortcomings of this paper are: First,there will be some difficulties in the acquisition of data.Due to the privacy and difficulty of accessing university information,the information on this network is not complete enough,and the data may be incomplete.Second,it is an emerging concept.There are few literatures on efficient collaborative innovation,and there are few related dissertations.The theoretical richness may be flawed.
