With the increasing of global warming,the governments and the international organizations have been paying more and more attention to emissions.As the fuel consumption which is the main economic cost of shipping line,accounting for 67% of the total cost,is the main source of vessel emissions.Ports and shipping lines which are the two important agents in shipping are therefore taking a lot of measures to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.In order to realize the green shipping on a widely scale,this paper studies the coordination and cooperative optimization for port and shipping line instead of resources scheduling for only one agent.As the speed of vessel determines not only the sailing time between the two ports,but also the arrival time of the port,it can realize the negotiation between port and shipping line dynamically based on the speed of vessel.This paper studies the integrated scheduling of berth and quay crane from the perspective of the port.By introducing the speed optimization of shipping,a port-ship coordination mechanism is proposed.Furthermore,the mechanism is used to solve the similar problem with the tidal sea-port consideration.To be specific,the studies in this dissertation can be concluded as follows:First,a mixed integer nonlinear programming model for integrated scheduling of berth and quay crane is proposed considering the vessel priority.By introducing the speed optimization of vessel into the model to minimize the fuel consumption,a port-ship coordination mechanism based on multi-agent technology is proposed to adjust the vessel speed and the berth allocation to reduce the fuel consumption both in sailing and berthing period.Experimental results demonstrate that the model and the negotiation can reduce the fuel consumption more effectively.Second,the coordination and cooperative optimization proposed is also used on tidal seaports.With the increasing scale and draught of vessels,the depth of berths cannot meet the demand of large vessels.As many ports are affected by the tides,the depth of corresponding berths is various at different times,satisfying the draught depth of large vessels based on the idea of "coming in by the tide and going out by the tide".With this concern,an integrated scheduling model of berth and quay crane is proposed considering dynamic changing on the depth of channel and berth with tidal time,and port-ship coordination mechanism proposed previously is used to coordinate the two agents.Experimental results demonstrate that the efficiency and effectiveness of the model and negotiation on tidal port are also verified.
