Such As The Landscape Evolution And Ecological Health Evaluation In The East Coast Zone

Rudong County is located in the north of Nantong,Jiangsu province,and the coastal zone situated in south-central radial sandbanks in the South Yellow Sea,where are famous for broad mudflats.Reclamation has always been the major way to exploit coastal zone,providing a large number of reserved land resources.In recent years,the contradiction between people is becoming more and more prominent with acceleration of industrialization and urbanization.The serious shortage of land resources has become an important factor restricting the economic development.With the proposal of "maritime Sudong" strategy and the development plan of Jiangsu coastal area,reclamation intensity reach to an unprecedented high level.Landscape types and distribution have changed dramatically.The ecosystem has also been greatly affected.Based on it,studying characteristics and evolvement of landscape to help learn ecological health level in Rudong County are of great significance.With the technology of GIS and RS,landscapes are classified by means of visual interpretation from remote sensing image of 1986,1995,2006,2010 and 2016.This study shows that landscape types have changed a lot in coastal zone of Rudong in recent 30 years,mainly in the transformation from natural to artificial landscape.The area of wetland is decreasing year by year,turning into aquafarms,construction land,farmland,vacant land and artificial wafer area.Aquafarms increases the most,next is the vacant land,the increased area of construction land and farmland is almost equal,the least is the artificial water area.Analyzing changing rate and driving force of landscapes,it shows that the speed of conversion from natural to artificial landscape is slow form 1986 to 1995 because of slow growth of economy.But the speed is accelerating form 1995 to 2006,resulting from "maritime Sudong" strategy and regional economic and social development needs.During the period,Aquafarms and reclamation increased a lot.The speed is at the maximum from 2006 to 2016 as a result of plan of Jiangsu coastal area,high growth of economy leads the human-land confliction.Facing industrial restructuring and upgrading is also one of the reasons.Analyzing landscape indexes,we can learn that intertidal cultivation,the development of offshore industry and tourism and guarantee of land balance are main driving force of the evolvement.Establishing ecological health evolvement standard on the basis of PSR.The indicators are dealt with dimensionless,weights are given by AHP.Calculating health index of pressure,state and response respectively,we'll know synthetic index.The values are 0.643 in 2006,0.581 in 2010,0.466 in 2016.The results indicate that the level of ecological health decreases somewhat,from health to sub-health.For the above situation,this paper puts forward some targeted measures,including making scientific and reasonable plans,controlling the scale and intensity of reclamation,establishing ecological compensation mechanism and long-term management mechanism,enhancing surveillance level and raising people's awareness of environmental protection.
